Well, my friend just downloaded a file, but he can't hear the show as the sound doesn't work, all speakers are on, they are fully working, and he has the latest Windows Media Player, so is there a new Codec for this? Thanks

Thanks There might be dust in the headphone socket which happens if you pull them out too quickly. It's happened to me before. Just blow into it.

If the computer that was being used was Vista this is a common problem. I had to download a pack filled with different codecs that helps the computer recognize the video file and play sound.
