Well the feeling i'm having is that the WWE are about to push Beth Phoenix as the next generation Chyna. My prediction is at Summerslam Beth will be the second woman in history to win the intercontinental championship.
Anyone else have this thought come to mind?

Psh... I have a feeling that it will happen. Although it's really crappy. If Beth can be beaten by the likes of Candice Michelle, than she shouldn't even be wrestling men. I'm a fan of Beth's, but come on. Woman still pose a threat to her, woman never posed a threat to Chyna. Not even Lita, who may have gotten in offense on Chyna at Judgment Day 01, but never came close to beating her.
Besides, I can almost 100% guarantee you that if Beth wins the title, she will be acknowledged by the announcers as being the 1st woman to be IC champ. WWE just loves cutting people from history...
And besides, if Beth becomes the IC champ, than Santino will be the Women's champ. Both of their reigns would be comedy acts and both titles would be a complete joke.

Well it would be kinda sad for both titles but it would be cool if they each won the opposite title at SS and then had a little match where if santino won then he switched titles with beth but if beth won then she kept the IC title and santino still had the women's title.
How confident are people that they will even win the match in the 1st place?
Mickie's team could beat them..

The title means nothing anymore.
Just a belt to put whoever over for the time being.
She will win and Santino will turn heel and take it from her.

I think somebody posted the idea in another thread, of Santino coming into the match at Summerslam and look all macho for Beth by pinning Mickie, and then Adamle announcing that Santino is now Women's Champion, while Beth becomes IC Champion.
That'd be a pretty good angle if that happened, but it would just further prove that the IC title is basically a joke.
