I'm not going off it at all, I guess I didn't buy much for the first half of this year but that was because Jakks didn't really release anything new, I still bought tons of doubles, figures for customs, accessories, anything I could waste my money on really. Since there have been some new figures released I'm more into it than ever, the upcoming ones have got me exited too. I don't think I can ever go off CS figures, current WWE figures maybe but not CS. I've loved WWF of the 80s and 90s most of my life, since it was current. I've got almost every televised WWF show from the end of 84-97 (over 75% of them at least) and I watch it alot. I'm completely surrounded by figures, they are piled around my bed (old RAs), the ones I got today are piled on my bed (Four Horsemen, Mabel, Viscera) they are either side of my bed on matching bedside tables (CSDAs from a couple of weeks ago that I still keep posing around, plus a few random ones including a custom of me, a RA33 Rey and a ROTR Molly Holly) there is a Honky and Flair by my monitor to my side and a Heyman behind it, 2 walls are covered with cabinets displaying over 1000 and to the left of me is a 6"x4" arena setup with ring/chairs etc. Along the edge of that table/arena thing are some random figures that have built up over the last few days and I have just sat looking at them and examining them for about half an hour, there's IE Yoko, custom Heenan, IE Steph/HHH, RA Vince, Earthquake, Rude, HTM white, CS18 HTM, Ric Flair BOWCW w/IE Robe, then there's a bunch more in the ring behind. Most of the ones I've been looking at seem to have cloth entrance attire but even though I've seen them a thousand times I'm still in awe of all these little replicas of the Legends I've watched on tv so much throughout my life. I still think these figures are awesome, and I can't see myself ever going off them. When I was a kid I used to go off things but that was probably more a subconscious attempt to become more mature, I ended up getting back into all the same stuff when I was older and now I can't see me going off anything. It would suck to be as into figures as I am and to just go off it. Just make sure you don't sell them all, I sold all my toys from when I was a kid except Star Wars and I really regretted it. Even if you really go off these figures now the fact that you once loved them means one day you will have a tremendous urge to look at them all again. At that point you can either get the boxes out of the loft or get onto ebay and start from scratch with much higher prices.

I never thought the day would come but I haven't bought a new figure in almost 2 years and I was only collecting the Classic line.
Basically, I started collecting the Classics by accident as I won a CS1 Taker and Andre at an arcade in Lake Tahoe during the summer of 2004. From that point on through December 2006, I collected nothing but the Classic line because it reminded me of my child-hood and cut down on the interior decorating of my dorm-room, which some of you may remember me posting pixs of.
However, I just couldn't keep up with how fast Jakks was putting the Classic figures out. It was like no sooner I got the latest set, the next one was already out and just couldn't afford it anymore. Also, I think the fact that I am done with college is another reason I stopped as I think part of me was just collecting them to add to my dorm room walls.
I think I did good during my two-year run. The only Classics I was missing (when omitting the exclusive 1of5 or 1of100 because I was never going to have a chance of getting those) before I stopped were CS1 HBk, WMV 3-pack, Taker/Paul Bearer 2 pack, CS12 Kowalksi & Brawler, and the CS Hogan/HBK set.

I just buy the stuff I really want, and my purchases have decreased a lot. I buy more memorabilia than figures now.

i stopped buying figures for over a year, i just got back into collecting wrestling but i only get divas/punk/and random DA that i dig. Since i almost have all the divas i want, pretty much every Punk i need and most the DA i can use, plus the fact im pretty much out of shelf space i might take a break for a while. not a whole lot coming out in the future that i want to get a hold of anyways.

I only buy certain CSDA or UMF figures now. I was going to get the VA Bret but not for the price.

I stopped collecting right around Classic #9, it just got too costly for me. Nowadays my figures sit in a bag in my closet. With the exception of my Flair CS2 and my HBK CS6 figures which stand as a memorial to thier WM 24 match on top of my TV.

Put them on display somewhere and just dust around every month or so

Im still as heavy into collecting as I was a year ago. In fact, mostly because of this board, my obsession with WWE figures has increased ten-fold. However, I've seriously slowed down collecting older figures and now just sit back and wait for a good deal on something new, or for the new sets to hit stores. I can see myself almost stopping after Jakks contract ends.

Yea I stopped, had 200 or so MOC figures. But just didnt hav the passion for it. I would see figures in shops that I didnt have, but never really got excited about them as I used to. So I have sold a large number of them. Mostly my RA figures

i've come to the point where i haven't bought any figs in a while except for a few bnb's and even then i don't know why i did. i plan on selling my entire collection minus a few figs, since i have already started selling my cs collection. the only fig i may buy whenever it comes out is an evan bourne fig and more jeff hardy's
