this is good news i think. i mean, Jakks is losing the license in 2010 either way, but this should mean they don't have to pay WWE any money. i think that's what it means. why did they even take jakks tom court. someone from Jakks supposedly bribed someone at WWE to get the video game license. i think that was it. makes sense really since WWE games suck. the first few were very good, then they got lazy. every new game they barely change anything. they just update the roster, in-game graphics and menu graphics. they never fix the problems to make the game better, and for every new good thing they put in, they take something out. they barely do anything.

The WWE likely figured that it isn't worth spending money in the lawsuit since Jakks' contract expires in 2010 and they already have another toy company signed.

As Naparo said, WWE is appealing so they obviously still want to fight this battle.

WWE should forget about daft things like this and just concentrate on trying to get Jakks to make some great figures before the two companies part ways!
God bless.
