Is there a website with some comprehensive info on the WCW figures of this era? I remember thinking they were so much better than the WWF bone-crunchers at times - more realistic likenesses, great scale (I prefer my WCW Kevin Nash over any of the NWO R3 ones from WWE).
This is almost a classifieds post, but I'm after a Scott Hall with the Sting mask. Anyone have any ideas where to find one? There don't seem to be any on eBay that ship to the UK. I'd be grateful for any loose pics. The Sting mask strikes me as very useful for a figure fed. I'd also like to get the other two or three versions of Kevin Nash that were released, but they seem fairly easy to come by.
I'm also wondering if there was ever a proper Rey Mysterio figure in this era? I know there was the little half-rubber one that came as an accessory (I think with the Giant). I have that Rey, and I kind of prefer it over my RA Rey. It's just so much better scaled to the other wrestlers. But did they ever get round to releasing a real Rey figure?

Ah, cheers. I actually remember that Rey figure now! I was hoping there was one of him in the mask.

The Scott Hall with the Sting mask was the Smash and Slam series, the same one that had the Giant/Big Show with a mini Rey. I have it, but I don't know how to post a photo. If you PM me with your email address I would be happy to email you a pic of the Scott Hall.

If I remember correctly, the Scott Hall was in Series 1. That may help you find it on eBay better than searching for 'Smash and Slam,' or it may be completely useless.
I know that exact same Scott Hall was released with both red or white trim, but I'm not sure if they both came with the Sting mask.

I always liked the look of these figures. At the time, I think they were the absolute best you could get.

Which was the best ring gear Sting? I've got two Stings of that era. One is the one that was released in the Smash n Slam line (and several others - it's the same one that was in the TNA Mask mock-up pics), it's really skinny. Came with a removable leather jacket.
The other is from one of the later lines. It's a lot bulkier but the jacket arms are moulded on.
The only one I've seen in full ring gear is a short haired version (whereas the two I have both have quite long hair) with a "snarling" facesculpt and came with a Macho Man punching bag or some such.
