Also, did Mattel actually directly say that they were making a 3.75 inch scale? I remember them saying there would be a new scale in 2013 and it would be the most logical choice, but I don't remember when they actually said that would definitely be it. I'd like an answer to this question as well. I'd love a 3 3/4'' Mattel Wrestling line . The Voltron or Avatar level of articulation would be fine with me if i was forced to choose but Build N Brawl type articulation would be better. The classics in 3 3/4'' .. are you kidding me !!? Junkyard Dog in 3 3/4'' ?! Bam Bam Bigelow? Ultimate Warrior? Mattel WWE Elite Classics in 3 3/4'' form. Imagine that on your local stores shelf. Or not...as they'd be gone moments after they were put out. I agree and would def like to know more about this. I love the Build N brawl line and the possibilities for new and classic 3 3/4" figures are endless!

Has a Build N Brawl custom figure parts list thread been created? If not i think we can use one . I'm preparing to make a few classics and i'm unsure as to what heads i'll use (for Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior in this case). Seeing the recipes / parts list used by other Build N Brawl customizers who have already done this would be helpful . I agree, that would def help out! With limited options for creating new custom figures this could help out some of the less experienced people as well as help those of us who may be stuck trying to figure out the final piece to a custom figure. For example my custom Alberto Del Rio figure consisted of a John Morrison Torso, HHH Legs and waist and an Alberto Del Rio Head from the Rumblers line. I know some people have used a John Morrison head to create a custom warrior, and I have seen a Hogan made from a Randy Couture head.

I agree, a 5 point system allows for more varied results and gives you more options when rating your figures. Like you had mentioned, this could also be a good way to separate the great from the legendary in certain categories. Good work so farman!

Seems simple enough and a fun way to enjoy your figures. I wouldn't change too much with it. The format you have with it will have the "Superstars" win more often than not, which is the way it is in real life, but still have the possibiliy of an upset. I def agree, simple but fun and a good way to be more interactive with your figures. I also think the 4 point system works much better than the old 3 point, give you more options and adds to the possibiblity of an upset.

Nice ADR custom. I'm curious though, how does the reverse look? That is; how does a BnB head look on a Rumbler body? I'm hoping to make future Batista, Scott Hall, JBL & Regal rumblers and I was hoping to use BnB heads for this. Thanks! The rumblers faces are a little more cartoonish, and the peg holes are very deep, more so that the Gi Joe and Star Wars lines so getting them to work takes a little bit of skill and some strong glue! As for Reversing the two, using a BnB head on a rumbler body you would first have to drill out the BNB head, but I'm sure it's possible.

Thanks for the feedback guys! The heads on the Rumblers do tend to look cartoonish, so I don't think that all of them would work with the BnB line. I did happen to get lucky with the Alberto Del Rio, I used a Morrison body and HHH legs & waist due to the matching skin tone. I should note that the peg holes on the rumblers are pretty deep, so I ended up using Loctite, steady hands and a good amount of patience but I think the end result was pretty good.
Should have pics of some more customs coming soon!

I thought that some of you might be interested in a new Build N Brawl custom using WWE Rumblers. I have been stuck trying to figure out how to construct a head for a custom Alberto Del Rio, and noticed that the Rumblers heads will work with this line. Let me know what you guys think.

Has anyone had any luck finding any of the new GI Joe's anywhere? I can't find Zombie vipers anywhere! Been to TRU in Danbury, Waterbury, Milford and Norwalk and it doesn't even look like they have a place for them, just a lot of lonely Renegade Dukes!

I'm looking forward to working with your belt plates as well!!! I have a sneaky suspicion there are a *lot* of Build N Brawl fans out there but with nothing new to buy they are just silent. Someone is really missing the boat by not releasing more BnB type figues whether they be TNA, UFC, WWE or a generic line. I've considered incorporating a few MU figures into my collection . Specifically a power house body type or 2 . Which are you using ..the Gladiator body types or the Hulk body types? As far as painting Build N Brawl figures..... On the other hand acrylic paint seems to work well (as expected) but you have to worry about paint chipping in areas that rub (i.e. knee/elbow joints for example) thus my question about sanding and sealing. I wonder if using a Sharpie of the right color in the area that needs painting would be another alternative. That way the inner areas would be the right color without fear of paint chipping while actual paint would be used on the larger external surfaces. What paint brand are you using? I use old acrylic paint that i purchased from ..probably walmart or Michaels years ago. I def agree and remain hopeful that somewhere down the road more 3.75" will be developed. I have heard some rumors about Mattel restarting this line, but as of now that's unconfirmed. As far as painting goes, acrylic paint does work well and it has been what I have using so far. It's a little pricey but I've been going to the hobby shop and using the same types they use on model trains. One area I have been stuck on is what to use to create hair add-ons. Whether it is adding on a pony tail for an RVD or removing the hair from a John Morrison or Matt Hardy figure to recreate your own look. I'm working on a Dolph Ziggler, and wondering if I should use a modeling clay and then paint it when it dries. Working on a few new customs & hope to have some pictures posted soon! Good luck!

HA! I was thinking about reviving this thread in the last 72 hrs myself Roc'! I guess we stirred the creative customizing juices heh. I cant wait to get to work on some custom Build N brawl figures myself although i dont know if i'm going to stick to wrestlers exclusively . I have a few comic book inspired customs , self customs and other non wrestlers in mind (who will still be vying for one of the titles in my "fed"). Re: custom Build N Brawl figures are you sanding the BnB parts before you paint them ? Are you using sealant on the paint job? I'm looking forward to the package Going to try to revive a dead thread here, anyone still working on or collecting build n brawl customs? .... Anyone else out there still working on custom BnB figures? Awesome news man, happy to know there are still a few of us out there! I've been using some of the Marvel Universe and 25th line of GI Joe's with the build N brawl line. It's always great to have options! As far as painting goes, that is not my area of expertize. I try to use a high quality paint, but should I be using a sealant or prepping/sanding the area first? Looking forward to working with your belt plates!!!

The Jets have the same problems as the NY Mets, it's the stupid freakin owners!!! I just hope the coaching staff can work some magic and the defense is improved, still don't see them topping the Patriots this year though.
I know this is a little late too, but glad to see Alex Smith resigned with the 49ers. He can prove a lot of people wrong in the next few years and the niners have to be the favorites coming out of the west this year!

They brought back the old school IC title and it looks great! So why not bring back one of the longest running heavyweight belt designs they have had in the past 35 years? The winged eagle design is by far my favorite!

I always thought they should turn him into more of an anti-hero to get the fans on his back. Make him earn the fans respect first, almost like CM Punk did it. If they do it right he will just as popular as he was hated!

Is it just me or does or seem like every team is dealing with injuries this spring? I hope this isn't a sign of things to come!
