I might get shot to bits for this but is there any chance above zero that Ringside stock these? Aren't store exclusives different to online? I'm sure Ringside have had store exclusives before...but guess they would have advertised these before now if they were having them?
Need that Henry and taker.

I remember when Akeem was on sale for 8 dollars at Walmart... That's one of those that I'd love in the collection but just can't see happening without a re-release.

I'd love them to do an old school taker in the UE line but I'm not sure there is one they could do now that they haven't already done - seems a shame as for such a legend, in my opinion they very rarely nail Taker in fact, I'm not sure a perfect old school Taker exists. So many face scans are awful or the attire is off somehow - the latest DOD Taker should be flourless but the coat is a bit awkward and what's with the grey stripe around the hat! ?? Love the UE series on the whole, really hope it continues with plenty of flashback/legends, really looking forward to Hollywood Hogan and Macho. Only problem is I hear its going to be harder for UK to get these from now on but, hey what's new

That Macho is a steal if its mint and complete (the silver hat tassels still on the hat!? ) I think Demolition is a steal too, I have all three MOC and Axe/Smash are two I can't bring myself to Open, so If I saw all three at that price I'd be snapping those up loose for sure and keep my MOC as they are.

The NWA style Flair in the suit and glasses is a big want of mine, so whilst im here, if anyone has a spare and wants to take pity on a UK collector, HMU

Wouldn't the whole point behind MOC is to one day sell them? If you have no plans to sell them, why keep them MOC? I guess it's knowing the value that makes it hard to willingly destroy that. I don't know, some stuff looks cool in the boxes, I like the photos and art on the boxes. Maybe taking photos like some have suggested would satisfy that. I think this does play on my mind, I don't buy or collect with the intention of selling I do it for the nostalgia factor. I only collect figures of wrestlers from Mania 1 through to around 2002. However, I guess knowing a figure is worth a lot more than I paid for it partly scares me opening but also I quite like the idea of having valuable collectables even if I have no intention of selling...maybe thats conflicting but there lies my problem! I guess my thoughts are the vast majority of figures aren't THAT valuable and I'll get more enjoyment and hopefully free up the room that is currently just full of boxes. Those that I can't bring myself to open I'll keep MOC and maybe keep my eye out for loose doubles but even those are expensive (Macho & Warrior DM from Wrestlemania 7 for example). I dont know how many figures I've got to be honest, probably wouldn't be classed as a 'large' collection to you guys but definitely not a small collection and with the amount of flashbacks and legends coming out (some big wants) I've not intention of slowing down! The other thing that has encouraged me to collect loose is cost. As a UK collector its just so much cheaper to pick up loose figures of those that we dont get over here from US sellers, especially with postage etc Some great pictures, would love to see more so feel free to share! I do worry about dust and also, I'm a bit of a psycho and worry about losing accessories etc especially stuff like IRS glasses Surprised I've not had more people telling me not to open, quite encouraged, thanks guys! Not too many seem to have the stands either which I was surprised about.

The odds id guess are slim, although far greater chance of that than us UK collectors getting our hands on them at all - I NEED that Taker and Henry. Seen a fair few people say they've been pushed to October for those who have pre-ordered. Have a horrible feeling this series is going to get lost like the Harley series.

Hi all, Been a MOC collector for years but last 12 months I'm coming round to thinking I'd rather let them breathe and display them, mainly because I love collecting but don't get as much joy out of what I have as they're all piled up in big plastic boxes so I rarely see my figs. The last year or so I've opened a few immediately after buying to dip my toe in the water such as Flash back Yoko, Mene Gene, Wrestlemania Undertaker, Ultimate Edition Bret. There will be exceptions, not sure I can bring myself to open some of my defining moments and older legends but vast majority I 'THINK' I could do it What do people do for loose displays? I have a detolf with risers for my Hasbro collection and love it but personally I'm not sure about Detolfs for Mattel's, they take up so much room and I'd need a few of them as they dont hold many with risers do they? Would love to hear and see peoples views and collections, desperate for some ideas. Putting up some shelving is an option but again, how many do they hold and what about DUST!? Are display stand bases a must to stop them toppling?? so many questions, any help appreciated...or anyone convincing me to stay MOC

It was a 'collectors edition' figure that is what happened- these figures are produced in very small quantities (that is why they are called collectors edition) which means only a handful of people will be able to find one. I checked on ebay when it was released and there were few if any which means either they were snatched up or more likely scalpers were unable to find this figure either.
Here in Canada, Walmart has had a listing for Monsoon for several months but the figure was never available so I am not sure why they put up the listing in the first place or more importantly why the heck they won't remove it?!
What I dont get is why the likes of Sherri and Backlund were easy to get (Amazon had them!) but the likes of Gorilla and Briscoe weren't. Luckily I've managed to get a Briscoe but Gorilla is a huge want of mine and I imagine anyone else who collects old school and he was impossible from the start for us to get hold of. Sucks. Really hope he gets a re-release, as someone else said, even if its a basic, makes no difference with announcers, Managers etc as far as I'm concerned.

One Besta on its side is long enough to have two Detolfs placed on top. I DO NOT recommend this set up on carpet. But, if you take the risk, please anchor the detolfs into the wall. The display looks super clean too. I didn't even consider the flooring, thanks man....the room does have carpet I'm looking to change the flooring to wood but not for a while. Would definitely look at fixing to the wall and maybe fixing the retold to the Besta unit but I just want to make sure it would hold the weight. Could be wrong but I don't think the besta shelf I've bought would be able to hold two detolfs...measurements are Width: 60 cm Depth: 40 cm Height: 38 cm and the width of one singular Detolf is 43cm? Do you have a Besta holding up a Detolf?

Hi all,
So I bought a Detolf and I really want to raise it - I've done so much research but can't seem to find anyone who has used this to raise a singular Detolf....https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/besta-frame-black-brown-60245962/
I wanted to put a singular detolf on top of this to raise it up and I had the idea of putting my replica winged eagle in the cubby hole at the bottom, I personally think it would look pretty good but I'm just scared about whether the Besta will be strong enough to hold it without collapsing. The website says max load 20kg horizontal but I'm not sure that relates to what I want to do and also some people have said IKEA are just overly cautious.
Im pretty sure some people out there are using the above but the double sided version to fit two detolfs but for now and for this display I just want a singular detolf display. The website says the same for the double 20kg max weight - I understand the retold weighs about 37kg without anything in it!?
Has anyone used this to raise up a singular retold successfully? Can you strengthen it? or has anyone successfully raised a Detolf successfully with anything else??
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, when you look at my thread you can see my loose collection in a detolf cabinet. I think, detolf cabinet‘s are great for displaying them. I purchased my acrylic steps from a German eBay seller for a really good price. They have the perfect size for the detolf‘s. Unfortunately it’s not allowed to share the eBay link here but if you want them, send me a message Apologies, hadn’t realised we couldn’t discuss links. Sent you a DM cheers 👍🏻

Hi All
been a long time since I've been on the board and since have rediscovered my love for Hasbro's! Decided a few months ago to start up a loose collection, trying to get them all (maybe other than mail aways, could be out of my financial reach...who knows!). I want all to be as mint as possible and all actions working with all accessories. I've done pretty well through toy fairs and Ebay and I currently have 48 - most recent purchase was Adam Bomb!
So I'm now at the stage where I'm looking to pull the trigger on a display, general consensus seems to be a Detolf, so I think I'm going to go with one of those, unless anyone can convince me its not the way to go? Feels like people's reviews have pro's and cons but I haven't seen too many other actual displays that aren't in Detolfs and I think as long as the set up is right, they can look really cool for the Hasbro's and my understanding is that if you can get 4 step risers, you can fit the whole collection in one Detolf...25 Hasbro's on each shelf?
I've tried to trawl through the forum before posting, so apologies if this is any form of repeat but I'm looking for any advice before I spend my cash on a Detolf (or other suggested) display - where to get 4 step clear risers that fit well in a detolf? lighting suggestions (think I need battery operated for the room I have in mind as the Detolf won't be by a plug socket) and has anyone got a good suggestion to raise the detolf itself? One thing I don't like is how short they seem to be?
Thanks in advance to all, I don't know many UK collectors so would be cool to engage with some on here, where people in the UK are picking up their Hasbro's and would love to see pictures of others displays (not just UK!)
Not at all wanting this to be UK only - I just wanted to ask where UK collectors are picking up Hasbro's and the sorts of prices they're paying as it seems tough to get them over here at a decent price point and anything over £15 from abroad seems to sting me through Royal Mail tax!!

Wow! Awesome brutha! What clear stands in shelves did you use for detolfs? Thanks a lot. I use acrylic steps from a German eBay seller. They fit perfect for the detolf cabinets. Incredible set up man...something to aspire to! Would you mind posting a link to the acrylic steps you buy? struggling to find them.

Not sure if anyone has raised this recently but Bill’s most recent Q&A suggested that flashback figures will be more present in US store exclusive deals such as Target/Walmart/TRU and as a Flashbacks collector in the UK this sucks beyond belief.
We constantly get ripped off having to buy on EBay etc it’s always been tough to get hold of the US exclusives and now it seems even more Flashbacks will be staying in the US - there are some awesome Flashbacks lined up but seems we either won’t get them or will have to pay through the nose for them.
It’s even harder as a MOC collector to find EBay sellers that don’t have busted boxes.
Does anyone know if the deals Mattel make with Walmart/Target are internationally bound? We don’t have those stores here, so why do they not make it over here?? We have a TRU but we don’t get the exclusives, no Isaac Yankem and I doubt we’ll get Virgil??

Why anyone wants another version of Bushwackers, Steele, Kamala, or Volkoff baffles me. The originals are perfect and cheap Not for us in the UK! So I'd love rereleases of these, Rockers, Kamala and Bushwackers especially! Managed to get Axe and Smash for $20 each luckily - Bill said they're looking to sign all 3 members again, so I'm expecting a rerelease of A&S then I hope we get Hawaii Crush and Repo Man!

I wish Mattel would consider MOC collectors when displaying figures in boxes.
People getting them out won't care what they look like, and we all know and appreciate they've spent money on accessories, so put them on the damn figures!
I don't want jackets, hats and sunglasses in the packaging, I want them on the figure! Godfather would have looked better with his gear on, same with Macho, why put his glasses in the box? Sids Jacket?
I'm still pissed Undertaker didn't come with a tie, given all the accessories people are coming with now.

I agree that it seems like the buzz of getting hold of a figure MOC that's notoriously difficult to get looks like a thing of the past, which does take a lot away from collecting for me too.
However, I've been wanting this boss man for ages and there's just no way I can see a bargain coming around for it so I'm happy I get to have it for a lot less than I'd have to pay on the secondary market.
The rereleases also kind of lower the value for MOC collections, which is sad, but it also kind of relieves the pressure of collecting MOC and means I can think about opening my collection and make awesome displays with the figures.
I'm hoping for a Papa Shango and Diesel re-release soon.

My biggest was reading this thread... Haha! That's me in the bad books! As someone else pointed out, great job on the whole...we wouldn't collect if that wasn't the case! However, I think that's part of the problem, the bar is set so high with some figures, when there's a guy you've been waiting for that falls short of your hopes or expectations, it's a killer! I just hope you guys nail the bulldog and it's the summerslam 92 attire...been waiting a long time can I take this opportunity to appeal for a shiny material Cape as opposed to a dull rubber one?!
