Interesting...Im pretty f*cked up at the moment I might start doing those string stretches.... I always had very bad lower back pain 2-3 times a year every year for 25 years. I’ll never forget 5 years ago I was feeling very fit and stepped into my house from the garden and just fell to the floor because I had a massive shot of pain up to my back. I visited a physio at royal free on London and she told me it’s likely my hamstrings, calves and IT band are all too tight. 15-20 minutes of stretches every other day and I’ve never had any pain since. The endorphin release you get when you can hold a hamstring stretch for the first time is incredible. Get a feel for your body and see what’s tight and start loosening it up 💪 Excellent 💪

Damn that sucks to hear how you got the pinched nerve. I used to get back pain a lot but it doesn’t happen now since I started stretching my ham strings. Are there any natural remedies or physio you can do to help prevent it? Those piper v hogan pics never get old 😂 Interesting...Im pretty f*cked up at the moment I might start doing those string stretches....

Following in Savages footsteps eh? So he's gonna live in Hogan's a$$ until he cant then pretend He didn't want to blame everything that goes wrong in his career on him too? Poor awld Rikishi....LOL
The difference between Beefcake and Savage when it comes to Hogan is that Beefcake never shied away from sucking up to Hulkster and being in his shadow. Savage on the other hand, constantly did. But at the end of the day, both Savage and Beefcake were always following Hogan and being there for the rub.
100% bang on the money.

Im up to July 1998 now...WCW is quite literally the same thing weekly. But why would they change...even though Raw is beating them in the ratings they are still getting over a 4.0 in the ratings and The Wolfpac is over huge. Bischoff even admits himself he missed a trick there not listening to Hall & Nash about the group, name and its membership. I believe it may have been from a Nash shoot where he says originally tension between Hogan and Nash was suppose to build following Starrcade ‘97, but “that didn’t work” for Hogan as he wanted the nWo to stay together…however a week later all of a sudden they’re running with Macho Man as the one stepping up to Hogan. Nash says it was originally planned to be Nash/Hall going against Hogan/Macho but Hogan thought the Wolfpac had too many “cool guys” so they kept Hall with him. Crazy how despite all the randomness that the Wolfpac still got over big. I’ll always say that Sting joining never made sense, and the quick Hennig join/turn was dumb, but nothing was cooler than Nash, Macho, Luger, and Konnan donning the red and black that summer. Hall & Nash both said that HBK told them for the long term plans for DX...adding the Outlaws & going face. HBK wanted it done in January but Vince said no-too much already going on with Tyson so hold off until after WM season. Nash in particular liked the sound of this hip DX style faction and it was obviously going to be the rest of the Kliq members & guys that fit the DX bill like Konnan and Bagwell. Hall also advocated for the faction NOT to be nWo just Wolfpac. Waltman being fired didn't really change their idea for the group. Nash Hall Bagwell Konnan Hennig vs Hogan Macho Steiner Giant Vincent Disciple Adams Norton etc etc. Bagwell & Hall was vetoed as joining By Bischoff himself because it wouldnt feel like a real Civil War with the Outsiders on the same side. But he admits in hindsight this was a mistake because Bagwell had massive face sympathy when he returned...he should have been in Wolfpac after Hollywood binned him. Would have been huge. if you remember? the first blows thrown between nWo members were Nash attacking Savage.....everyone always blames Hogan for politicking in WCW but Savage was fairly handy at it too....

Given how much Bill loves USA attires, I am begging for a Patriot figure. He's the perfect candidate for a chase too. 100% agree. WWF 97 attire, with chase either being his WCW tag with Bagwell attire or alternate all red tights from WWF 97. I'll take The Patriot any way we can get him. Massive want.

I enjoyed it too. But I'll say this...& I've said it a few times. Jeys offense can be pathetic.... BIG reason that WrestleMania match fell flat. Yup...there's no "snap" off the stuff & that spear can look downright watery. I'd eliminate that from his movement immediately if I was HHH.

Segement where Sting Joins the Wolfpac on Nitro. Now I wasnt a fan of this at the time and still am not but man the reaction for this was insane....Bischoff was onto something here if he had only dropped the nWo from Wolfpac and let it be its own thing.... I know Wolfpac Sting isn’t thought of highly but I really like the black and red color scheme. Right up there with the classic black and white look for me personally. I liked the scheme too...everyone would think different of it it had just been The Wolfpac & not nWo Wolfpac...yknow?

Weaker Raw than usual...had zero expectation that Jey would lose. The machine is clearly behind him ‘Him and Dragunov had a really good match imo. I enjoyed it too. But I'll say this...& I've said it a few times. Jeys offense can be pathetic....

Undertakers 1st good WM match here. I've said it before.. if they'd have just turned Bret & Shawn loose for 30 minutes at a high tempo it would have been incredible but instead we got 45 minutes of restholds & stalling. See Steamboat vs Rude for more evidence of this at Beach Blast 92 Warriors return was cool briefly but man it lost its shine quickly. Taker vs Diesel, Warrior returns, HBK/Bret, HBK winning the belt...Great stuff man. Nah VERY middling stuff man. Michaels victory was even poor booking.

I'm happy Ventura figures may be coming eventually, but I really only want him in ring gear. I'm sure we'll get announcer figures first, but I'll hold out for ring gear and hope he gets multiple figures. I'd prefer ring gear too but his announcer gear is arguably more iconic.

I think Fatu will 100% be introduced as part of the new Bloodline but not as the leader. If he ends up outshining Solo they will deal with that in creative...or maybe they will be joint leaders?
