Just like "The Streak" for Taker is was given to someone that didn't need it in Nash and also in a match with a screwy finish. It was painfully obvious that the streak made Goldberg into a main event star and one of the face of WCW during that era and whomever finally ended his streak would in term also be made into a main event star.No point in giving the streak to and established main eventer or former world champion.Could have worked for DDP as they had a great match at Halloween Havoc but even with DDP not having a World Title win at that point was already pretty much cemented as a main eventer during the curse of '97/'98 with his feud with the nWo. The best options would have been Benoit,Booker T,Scott Steiner...ect guys who where being built up as stars and into the main event scene that would hopefully care the company into the next decade. Hindsight isn't kind to that first one...

WWE Monday Night RAW May 26, 2003 Mobile Civic Center in Mobile, Alabama Hosts: Jim Ross and Jerry LawlerRAW opens with clips from last week's main event before the former World Heavyweight Champion makes his way to the ring. Triple H promo on Booker T: Triple H: What you just saw was a reminder, a reminder that I CAN beat Booker T. A reminder that his championship reign is on borrowed time! Because I have finished Kevin Nash and now I'll finish Booker T at Insurrextion! Suddenly "Sexy Boy" plays and HBK is on the stage! HBK: Well isn't this just great, you aren't the champ yet you still open up RAW with a five hour promo! (Shawn waits for the crowd to die down) Now we all know you want your revenge Hunter but, there's a tiny little problem..And that problem is the Heartbreak Kid! Triple H: Shawn, the last time you and I were in this ring..I kicked your ass and became the new World Heavyweight Champion! So if you think you're going to stop me from becoming the World Heavyweight Champion again, then you have another thing coming! "I'M BACK!" The crowd boos as RAW GM Eric Bischoff makes his way out on stage Eric: Enough! I am not having both of you hold up my show over who is going to face Booker T for the World Heavyweight Champion! So here's what we're going to do, tonight in that very ring we will see Triple H take on Shawn Michaels to see who will take on Booker T at Insurrextion! The crowd cheers as Bischoff leaves and HBK and HHH talk trash off mic. Booker T interview:
Coachman: What an announcement we just had from RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff dropped on us, Booker what is your thoughts on this huge announcement? Booker: My thoughts are, I don't care who I face for my title at Insurrextion. Cause I'm gonna walk right in World Heavyweight Champ and gonna walk out World Heavyweight Champ, rather it be Shawn Michaels or Triple H or Ric Flair or anybody on the RAW roster! Can you dig that, Coach?! Triple H (w/ Ric Flair) vs. Shawn Michaels in a #1 contenders matchThese guys go at it as soon as the opening bell, throwing punches neither man can get the advantage. A irish whip from HBK leads to a jumping knee from HHH and The Game mounts Michaels and starts throwing punches. Earl tries to get him off but is distracted by Flair which allows HHH to hit a low blow after Michaels gets him off. HHH grabs him by the hair and throws him into the turnbuckle before kneeing him in the gut. Eventually Michaels gets the upperhand and locks HHH into a headlock, Flair yet again gets on the apron which gets Earl's attention. HBK keeps putting pressure on the hold until he lets go and knocks Flair off the apron, he turns around and dodges a clothesline from HHH who hits Earl! With the ref out the match turns into chaos with HBK and HHH brawling in and out of the ring, Flair gets a superkick as well as Triple H. Shawn goes to wake up the ref when suddenly, RANDY ORTON RKOS HIM OUT OF NOWHERE!
Triple H rolls HBK over as Orton wakes Earl up who makes the count. Winner and NEW #1 Contender: Triple HRAW ends with Triple H, Flair, Orton standing over HBK before Booker T and Kevin Nash run out and chase them out of the ring.

I’m not talking about his 2006 run, I’m talking about when he showed up on a ECW event in the mid 90’s (96?) Does anyone what the plan was if they had gotten him to sign on? Was it even in the cards for him to sign with ECW? If it even was, do you think he would’ve stayed long in the company? Think he could’ve been a champion?

Baby Doll had to be Dusty Rhodes' valet for 30 days. On Dusty's farm, she escaped by mounting a horse & jumping a fence. What was the horse's name?
Was she the one with the photo angle that never got a proper ending?
