For years I thought I had a bearded Kirchner. But once I compared it to MOC pics, I have a fake.

Thing which baffles me is if you were going to spend $1150. on some Hasbros (Direct through Paypal) Why on earth would you pay an invoice that said Service? instead of Purchase? I mean it would only have a took a quick request to seller to edit the invoice from Service to Purchase. That's very common between two people making a deal so the seller doesn't get the fees taken out.

Rumor has it, he stole Rey Mysterio's mask at an OVW live event. Then the next month, the mask was "found."

I have a mint set of LJN Hart Foundation in pink. Around the knees, it looks it may have been touched up with pink paint. You can see brush strokes. I recently purchased another mint set of LJN Harts in pink. Same thing. My question is, are they all like this? Or do I now have 2 sets that have been touched up? I tried taking pics but it doesn't pick it up with my camera.

I have a LJN Black Singlet Andre with no eye brows. The figure is almost in mint condition. So I doubt that only the eye brows rubbed off perfectly. Is this a known variant? Or error? Thanks.

Did LJN ever hand paint certain spots on figures?

I recently took my set of loose LJNs out of storage. I bought a complete set years ago. After looking more closely at these, I'm afraid some may have been touched up or re-painted. I know the paint application by LJN was originally sloppy anyway. But is there any tips so I can find out for sure?

It's funny. Matt & I took this pic and put it on twitter just to see how this board would react...but it's a little too crazy. But yes yeetman, stay on the JAKKS board please. Someone lock this thing. #WWWYKI

So yeetman doesn't even have an aunt? And he doesn't do any research when discussing a topic? The seller clearly has all the AFA info pictured on his auction. I say yeetman gets banned or can only post in the JAKKS thread.

Vintage, i said i would give my proof once the proof that this valentine is released...but just an AFA sticker on a plastic case is not enough for me, especially when the only legit ad of the prototype has different notes coloured in and its a different colour... not sure why everyone is so quick to believe that it IS a prototype when it has at least 2 things different than the only actual advertisement with the prototype in it.. thanks for your 3 posts darkhorse.. they were very helpful. I'm pretty sure I am much older than you and have dealt with AFA graded items much more than you have...its just my opinion that it is a custom, and really nothing will change my opinion unless a legit advertisement is shown of that actual prototype... its like if someone comes out and makes an Adrian Adonis LJN prototype with different colour scarves, that aren't the same as the advertisement.. you all going to automatically say its real if I get it graded and say that i got it from the house that a former LJN worker lived at? people need to stop being so gullable about these figures.. this figure is not the one in the advertisement, and thats the only greg prototype that we have seen...and this is not it.. pretty simple if you ask me. Regarding your "proof"...So you are a wrestling figure collector...who posts on a wrestling figure message board...and you have exclusive/valuable information regarding wrestling figures and you WON'T post it? RRRIIIGGGHHHTTT.

Yeetman's aunt has a great memory. She can remember if little musical notes on a figure were blue or black after 20 years. Must have been a great test taker in school.

no one has even seen this "proof"... just because it is graded by a company doesnt always mean its legit.. grading companies can be fooled too.. especially about items that they probably never even HEARD of before this person brought it to their attention... as for my proof that my aunt took the pics, i will definitely put it out there once this item has been proven to be legit.. but saying it came from some old mans attic that worked at hasbro, and its not even the same as the ad, and the poor grading by a company that probably never has graded or dealt with a hasbro prototype, I dont see how so many people just take this as "yes its 100% legit" and i definitely am not jealous.. i dont collect any sort of prototypes or rare figures really.. i stick with the loose, easier to find figures for my collection... Let me get this straight. You will reveal your "proof" only when the item has been proven to be legit? IT IS LEGIT! AFA said it's legit. I held it in my hands. Looked very closely from all angles. It is legit. And I don't understand your "proof." Do you have like your aunt's personal photo collection? C'mon dude. You say it's not the same as the Toys R Us ad...yeah, we know that. There are multiple ads/photos of this figure.

^ I have an aunt who did the display ads for the figures and took the pictures. She told me that the notes were black. Don't worry, I have proof. So where is the proof?

Get the ad...the real ad from the actual magazine. Not from the computer. Use a microscope. You see the notes look more blue.
Also, the figure looks WAY cleaner and better in person. I'd say the 80 is fair. Maybe a 75? What are the requirements? None of us know.
It's legit. If you saw it with your own eyes, you'd be a believer too.

At this point, believe whoever and whatever you want. This thing is legit. Will it sell for 55k? I highly doubt it. But it's the real deal. Glad I at least got to hold it and see it with my own eyes. The end.
