I had them, and honestly, I don’t like them as much as the black series. Likenesses are great and having bonus parts is too, but they feel cheap to me. Plus I’m always one for lots of characters and at $20 each, we get a lot of characters. Price hurts too. I mean, we got a Hasbro Speeder Bike and Biker Scout For $40 and change. Some are even cheaper. Figuarts is close to $200. Why? For some spare hands and a bit more articulation? No thanks. The 6” Scale Tie Fighter was cheaper than that and the thing is HUGE Damn, that's a bummer. Are they really that high of a pricepoint? I see them on eBay in the 40-60 range. Pre-orders for the Luke are about $150 though. When you say they feel cheap...do you mean cheaper than Hasbro? That's one of my main issues with their line (pretty much all their lines). Mattel tends to put out pretty solid, well jointed 6-inch figures as WWE and even most of the DCU stuff has proven. Hasbro, be it Marvel, whatever else, seems to be made of flimsy, junky plastic and are always way thin. Speaking of Luke in dark robes, the new SHFiguarts Luke looks amazing. Anyone collect these and have any thoughts on it? What are previously released ones that are must haves? Thoughts on these figs overall? I know we're all mostly underwhelmed with them for WWE but curious as to everyone's thoughts here. Initially these completely dump on most of the Black Series 6-inches to me for sure. Never seen them up close, though. I collect the figuarts line. No they're not cheap but from time to time you can get some decent deals on Amazon or eBay. If you like having the most realistic representation to pose on your shelf, sh figuarts is the way to go. If you want to throw your figs around and play with them then go the hasbro route. Hasbros new face scan technology is an upgrade but it still falls short to SHF because of the plastic used. You also obviously have less articulation. I own about 80% of the SHF line and they were all well with the purchase. Most of my black series I've gotten rid of to make room for SHF. There's a couple of Facebook groups about the SHF Star Wars line where some cool guys discuss things if your interested. I'd say buy an SHF Star Wars figure like farm boy Luke or obi wan or even mace windu and get it in hand and see what you think. My first one was luke a year and a half ago and I haven't looked back since. If you appreciate quality and artistic representation, even at the higher priced point, you'll be satisfied.

Shatter: Good match...surprising but fitting ending. Works so well given the results of the Slammys:)
FAW: Superb pose work as always. Great high profile match, with the right guy winning:)Hope to see you back soon!
W3A: Really enjoyed the lighting effect. Made it seem like a big time match. Surprise little ending there. Nice work.
NWF: Cool match with some good rising talent. Nice to see a return to old school style pic fedding. Gonna miss NWF but glad you're back in the game nonetheless:)
WWK: Really good match. One of your better posed matches. Like the COC group...tee hee. Loved the Conway/Shane swerve. Really enjoying how you're bringing back WWE. Nice job with this angle.
Great job everyone and congrats to everyone that was nominated and won a slammy! Happy new year!

Such a shame that the shows are gone. JWF is my all time favourite fed, I reckon. Thanks so much. Somewhere, if I remember right, I have a CD that I saved all the old shows to. If I ever dig it up, I will have to go back and re-upload the shows somewhere. You just need to come back to the board😉

Got a bit choked up at that scene but at the end when Luke says to her that no one is ever really gone...I completely lost it. Just a beautifully placed moment in light of what happened. First time I ever cried in a Star Wars movie, except the time jar jar showed up lol j/k. This movie made me feel so many different emotions throughout...it was just an incredibly entertaining experience, that I've seen twice now:) I agree , people are complaining that there are to many twist and turns, wtf, do you want it to be like watching golf and bowling , where you know exactly what they are trying to do. I thought Finn was a goner, and as I was coming to terms with that he was saved. I thought Kylo had gone good and then ... nope. I was like what the heck just happened when they offed Snoke. Thought Leia was dead. Thought Luke got sliced in half. Kept thinking DJ was going to be revealed as fett. Felt sad when my son was upset that Akbar had died, he was more upset over that than Leia, lol. The whole movie you didn't know what the heck was gonna happen, and I loved it! I think JJ is gonna be forced to go in a similar direction. I hope he does. We've has two trilogies of the same storyline. It's time to move on...as the last jedi so cleverly echoed throughout the movie. I don't own a blue ray, but this movie is seriously making me contemplate getting one for all the deleted scenes. Just purchased the Visual dictionary which does a nice job filling in some gaps too. Maybe its just me but I love this kinda stuff..figuring crap out, lol!

SPOILER I WANRED YOU! I love how a lot of speculation says the new trilogy will be based on the boy at the end of TLJ. Rian Johnson said that it will NOT be the Old Republic and will have all NEW characters, none that we have previously seen in the Star Wars galaxy. Source? Personally I'd love to see the old republic, but with how much fanboys see that time period playing out, they wouldn't even give rian a chance. To be honest though, do we need another prequel that's going to bring us to a conclusion we already know? If they look at a whole new part of the galaxy I'm totally on board with that too. Only gives Star Wars a great shelf life.

I watched it today and enjoyed it a fair bit...would definitely watch again. TFA and R1 made me a fan of SW again, and this movie reaffirmed it for me. Great stuff. Yes! Disney is in buisness for one thing, and that is making money. Plot holes aren't just there because they were skipped. There is a think tank at Disney star Wars that has mapped out book releases to fill the void in aome of these points. Heir To the Jedi mentions force projections. That book was part of New Canon and was intergrated in to TLJ. The new Book Trilogy put us in the war and all events that led to Jakku, giving that planet a history. Disney even gave EA a story to boost history into the Empire, The Resistance, The First Order, and Jakku itself. If you want these voids filled, the EU is ever expanding thanks to Disney. Go pick a few up and get emerged into the universe. Agreed, but, Not the particular poster but you're asking people to make an effort instead of just giving them everything, lol. Here in lies the problem in our society. star Wars has always been about filling in the gaps and its part of the fun. But if you're not willing to fully invest in learning more about the little details of things, ya might as well slap on an episode of the simpsons and watch it. Granted SW isn't necessarily known for making people think, but as you said, Disney is in a business and they are gonna flesh this franchise out to any medium they can. And that's how it should be because for every person that doesn't like reading a book there's someone who likes a video game or likes a good comic. If your gonna be a Star Wars fan, be willing to invest in it all the way around. You don't want to read stuff, get in YouTube and listen to the breakdowns of the expanded canon. Hell they pulled in THRAWN from the EU, but ya know apparently that's not enough. I just read phasmas book and it was very eye opening to who she was and gives possibilty that she's probably not dead. The little compass that luke has? Used to find the Jedi temple. Leia and Holdo actually grew up together as mentioned in one of the books. There's so much depth to these movies if people choose to invest in it instead of going with their knee jerk pre conceived ideas.

Great set up and transitions. Good opener. Loved the swerve with the briefcase. Shocking to see Magnus' group leave. Wonder where this leads?
Dreamer/strowman was great. Damn that table spot was incredible!
Rumble countdown graphics were great. Really cool to see some old faces. Haha...loved the Kofi/Big E. assist....great play on what Kofi does. Awesome suplex spot when Morrison came in. Janetty! WTF! Balor! Umaga dominant! Whoa Booker T! I see a harlem heat reunion brewing. Really surprised UManga lasted that long. Surprised Zayn won...was pulling for Balor but Zayn will be a great foil for Christian. Can Zayn make the completion to the most coveted title in BWR!?!? Can't wait! Great work man!

A recent theory to chew on. Spoilers ahead: Snoke was the one that brought Ben and rey together. Kylo stated rey couldn't do it because it will kill her( some kind of force projection that killed Luke). Then why at the end of the movie do they sense each other AGAIN? If you understand that then you'll understand why it's best to enjoy how Star Wars "fills in the gaps". Even if the theory is incorrect it give fans something to mull over for another two years...which is what makes Star Wars so timeless:) I just chalked it up to something like, now that the link was open, it was there? Something like that? Maybe it's something more, maybe it's not? Like you said though, two years to chew on it! Possible. But as kylo said, that kinda ability would kill her or him. We shall see.

Reys parents is clearly misdirection. Also on the movie being an "utter fail" as someone said here? I think the box office numbers tell a different story..... LOL It really hard to tell who to believe anymore, but if you look around the world we live in today...people are drawn more to negative than positive. Any dirt we can get into we will, just count how many negative stories are in the news everyday as opposed to positive. It's click bait and the mob mentality running wild. Something g else will come up in a week or two and these same people will jump all over that. I'll be damned if I'm gonna sit back and let someone else speak for my opinion without first researching for myself.
