This is awesome! I love seeing stuff like this. Makes me want to create one of myself. 6'7", that is tall! What is your current role in your figure fed (storyline, etc)? Just going to throw some names out and see what sticks, lol! The One Man Militia Massacre (finishing move could be called the bone yard) Johnny Anarchy The indomitable One
Too corny?

Is there any chance of getting an NXT entrance stage playset in the foreseeable future?

I have always wondered why they have never made these! It's my absolute favorite tv show of all time. You would think after all of this time and with all the popularity the show had (and still has on pop culture) we would have gotten figures by now.
I got hopeful once we got the batman 60s tv show figures. As involved as Lou Ferrigno is with the Hulk character (basically being an ambassador for the character) there should have been one by now!
A David (Bixby) in a plaid shirt and bell bottoms, and a couple of Hulk variants, and throw in Jack McGee and we'd be set! I keep hoping every year at comic con or toy fair that "this is the year"! But, nothing.

Sting Halloween Havoc 1990 with World Title Ko Ko B Ware with Frankie Diesel Wrestlemania 12 with vest Stan Hanson with vest and bull rope or Don Muraco (he was on the list for Matty collector, after all)
4 Pack of Kerry Von Erich (in red), Kevin Von Erich (in yellow),Terry Gordy, and Michael Hayes. Or a 4 pack of the freed birds (adding Roberts and Garvin)
I'm trying to think realistically and based on rumors and past potential lineups, and the repaints option. On the basis of realism, I may not should have included Stan Hanson, lol!

That's what I'm wondering. I'd order two if I knew for sure. Yes, they all have the updated boots! If you use code POSTER you'll get a free Sting DM Poster as well! Maybe a stupid question, but I ordered Sting through ringside's eBay store on Wednesday, will I get the correct boot version?

I can't tell you how pleased I am with my arena! These guys at extreme sets are great people, too! They answer questions in no time and I had my arena in about 2 days!! The arena itself is massive and highly durable! Not to knock it, but how do you know something is highly durable if you have had it for two days?
re-read what I said: I stated that I had it within two days, meaning it was delivered in two days!

I know he's had some bad things to say about Vince in the last few years, but they should let bygones be bygones (both parties) and Kamala should be inducted! One of the greatest gimmicks of all time, and in the 80s people really believed he was a savage beast. He played his part well and sold out venues everywhere with the likes of Lawler, The Von Erich's, and the Hulkster.

-With Mean Gene on the way, are we going to get more 80s announcers such as Gorilla Monsoon or classic Vince McMahon?

Do you guys have trouble with elite legs sticking? I have had more of this than I care to bother with! In fact, I have stopped buying most elites and am waiting and hoping for some form of basic iteration of superstars it legends due to this issue!
So far: Legends 1 Steamboat (finally broke off at wompy leg) Same with Elite 40 Rude, legends Rude, Cowboy Orton, Doink, and Honkeytonk Man. By the time my honkey broke I contacted Mattel and they asked me a series of questions. He checked his system and said they didn't have HTM in stock (made me assume that they had some stock that they could send from?). They can and will send you a voucher. I bought htm at wal mart for $17.97 plus tax so, he just sent me a $20.00 voucher!
Also, be ready to have some cashier not know what to do with a voucher at certain stores...K Mart had the entire staff trying to ring it up my replacement that I chose with my voucher, lol! My new Rick Rude elite 40 is about to break at the leg, I've dealt with it too much to know its coming. So, I will be calling Mattel as soon as it snaps!

I would love a Don Muraco with the Magnificent shirt, but Tito has shelf warmed severely, so I'm not sure we will see another 80s star with a cloth shirt. He was on the Matty collector's voting list several years ago, so I'm still thinking there is a chance. He would obviously benefit from the Bruno torso. Other than Muraco, I've got to think in terms of repaints so, my ideal series 5 would be:
-Diesel (spaced far enough from RSC Nash) in Mania 11 or Mania 12 attire - Muraco - Surfer Sting (pink tights/black boots) Maybe too close to DM release but what is the hold up on surfer sting already?! - finally, NWA Dusty with big gold title
Oh, and if there was another Target box set and since the NWO is not an option right now without Hogan, it would be great to see the Freebirds (Gordy/Hayes vs Von Erich's-Kerry in red and Kevin in yellow)

We don't even have the tags up yet. I have been to several wal Marta within a 75 mile radius, and nothing.

Interesting about Kamala...he's my favorite heel of all time. It could very well be a repaint but it would be awesome to see him in his early to mid 80s look when his face paint was done a little differently, he had a yellow looking necklace and some grass skirt leg thing going on for entrance gear. Oh, who am I kidding, we are getting a straight repaint if this line up is legit. On the bright side, that's good for ones who never got him and for me who collects Kamala and Kerry Von Erich stuff (my favorite match-up ever). It would be cool to see Kamala in modern packaging!
Samoa Joe is going to be my most anticipated current talent! Magnum TA has been on my want list from day one! Hart Foundation fills a huge void to my tag collection! Pretty excited to read these line-ups, assuming they are accurate.

I have Mattel figures like this and I can tell you that even after boiling them, the sound will not stop. It's mostly figures in suits (basic Ricardo comes to mind). It was so bad that I stopped taking him off the shelf. Between this and the wonky leg that I have see on multiple elites (Both Rick Rude versions, Doink, etc. ) it's my biggest Mattel pet peeve!

Any chance that we may ever see figures based on the Incredible Hulk television series? I've been hoping for years we would see them produced. It seems like something they could easily do, especially given that the Batman 60s series was finnaly given figure treatment. Has there ever been anything close to this happening?

I like the scan and I also think the height is spot on. Some have obviously complained about the torso choice, but I'm even fine with that, too. The scan looks identical to a WWF magazine cover (circa 96) with a close up of sid's face. The hair color is a little off, but let's face it, the Jakks head was not that great. Oh, and the Jakks height was laughable. So, in contrast to the Jakks version it's a stellar upgrade!
