Yesterday I received my WWWF Backlund belt from Fandu Belts and it is ing beautiful. Without question, my most detailed and best quality replica I've ever owned. Bar none. It is normally a $449.00 Belt but it's on sale for a few more days because it's imperfect. Very very minor imperfections on the plating. Barely anything at all. I could not be happier with my purchase. I posted pics and a clip on my Twitter page. Just search WWWF Backlund belt and it should come up. Most detail on a replica I've ever seen. So beautiful. If you can get afford it, get it. You won't regret it. Worth every penny. 😁🤗

Newest get: Is that from Pakistan? If So, I've seen those on eBay. There's a bunch of them there. They look pretty good but I've read various things about the quality. Just be careful when ordering from Pakistan. It's funny you mentioned the WWWF Backlund belt because Fandu belts currently have a Father's Day special on right now for imperfect Backlund belts and I ordered one last night. I'm getting it on the purple strap with blue and clear crystals. It looks unbelievable. So much detail. I can't wait to get it. I'm not picky at all and don't care if it's imperfect. I'm sure it'll still look incredible regardless of the slight flaws. It saves me money in the end.

Yeah, it may not be historically accurate but I'd much rather it have a curve than be flat like a pancake like the WWE shop version. That one is a piece of crap. Can't even compare the two.
Fandu belts have a sale right now for imperfect Backlund belts for $299.99
I think I'm going to order one on a purple strap. Looks Awesome!! 😊

Received my belt earlier this week...sweet Jesus this thing is absolutely amazing. When I picked it up and throw it over my shoulder I dont feel like a fat mark walking around his house but the champion of the world bout to walk that aisle! That version of the Big Gold is awesome!! Which version is that? Nickel and Gold dual color?? I just may have to get that one at some point. I've got the Full Gold Big Gold and it's awesome as well. But that version is something else. Very nice!!

This is going to be great. This is as close to the original as they can get.
Jamie Lee Curtis is back as Laurie Strode, they convinced John Carpenter to come back and do the score. Hell, even the original Michael Myers Nick Castle is coming back!!
I'm glad they are ignoring all the sequels. This is a direct sequel to the original from 1978.
I'm sure it will do very well and I will be seeing it for sure.

Cool man. If you guys say so, I will accept it. I just didn't see it, that's all.
That's actually good that Bret will be there. My girlfriend has been a huge fan of his for a long time but never got the chance to meet him yet. Finally it's going to happen for her. Nice!! Makes me happy for her. 😊

I forgot to mention that I saw a flyer at comic con yesterday, saying that Bret Hart and Bruce Pritchard will be at the Frightmare in the Falls event this October. Bret Hart?? I saw an ad with Bruce Pritchard as Brother Love but didn't see anything with Bret Hart. You sure about Bret?

Well, if you check out the clip from his Q&A on YouTube, you can see he vapes when he's on stage. He tries to hide it but you can see the smoke. Lol.
Here's the clip:

Had an awesome time at Niagara Falls comic con the last two days.
I got the combo for Greg Valentine and Brutus Beefcake, autographs & pictures at their booth.
Got pro photo ops with Ric Flair, The Big Show and Team Bestie Trish Stratus and Lita. They all turned out great!! Definitely worth every penny.
The Beers with Ogre session was something I will never forget. It was literally a backstage pass to a room where all the celebs were chilling & hanging out.
A group of us were chilling having a Beer with Ogre, Wormser and Louis Skolnik from Revenge of the Nerds.
Also in the room were The Big Show, Tim White, Chris Sarandon, Dean Cain, Johnathan Frakes, Chris "The Sherminator" Owen and even Dick Wiend came in at one point.
While we were waiting for the room to be ready backstage, other celebs walked right by us like Trish and Lita, and Michael Rooker.
It was so awesome. I loved it. I got a pro photo op with Ogre as well and got to keep the collectible beer mug as well.
At one point during the Beers with Ogre session, my buddy gets up and walks over to The Big Show and starts chatting to him about the video game Destiny.
He says Big Show plays that game a lot and they seriously chatted for a good 5 minutes or so, while Big Show vaped.
If you guys ever get the chance to do one of these Beers sessions, DO IT. It is so worth it. It was a unique once-in-a-lifetime experience.
They even posted my pics with Ogre on their Twitter page. 😊
Had a blast. Kinda wish I could go again today but I blew enough money. It was all worth it though, no question.
Looking forward to the next conventions. Should be great!!

I'll be at comic con on Saturday. Hopefully I'll see some of you guys there. As of now I'm meeting Big Show Flair Lita Mark Metcalf Don Gibb Greg Valentine I may also meet Trish again. Depends on how much I spend. I agree with you guys, every year these cons get more expensive. It also doesn't help that we have Niagara, fanexpo and Hamilton all in a 5 month span. Nice man!! We are thinking about doing the Beers with Ogre aka Don Gibb. I hope you can buy the tickets for that down there. If we can, we are adding that on the to do list for sure as it includes a collectible beer mug plus our picture with him as well. Going to be an expensive weekend for sure!! I hope it'll be worth it.

My buddy is getting a few old WWF Magazines signed by Trish and Lita. So, I might just go ahead and bite the bullet and get autographs and photo ops with them.
Oh well. Good thing this event only comes once a year. Damn thing adds up quick!! 🤤
I'm actually bringing my Fandu Big Gold belt tomorrow with me when I get the pro photo op with Ric Flair. Should be great!!

Something came up so i won't be able to attend the NFCC, hope everyone has fun this weekend! $100 for Trish and Lita is a little expensive imo. I know. It totally is very expensive. I've already got their autographs, so I think I may just get some pics with them instead. All these cons keep getting more and more expensive each year. With these prices, you really have to pick and choose what you want to do. I can afford it, it's just that I'm not sure if I really want to, that's all. I don't want to blow $400+ there. I'm really thinking about ordering my next belt. The newly created classic tag team belt from Fandu. Probably getting the full gold version. Their quality is second to none. I really like and enjoy their belts. If you are a collector or just want a replica belt in your collection, I highly recommend Fandu belts. They are great!!

Just a quick heads up for those interested, the prices for Trish and Lita have went back up for Niagara Falls comic con.
Autographs are now $50 each, table photo ops are $50 each and pro photo ops are $60 each or $110 for Team Bestie combo.
As of yesterday, autographs were $40 each, table photo ops were $40 each and the Team Bestie was at $90. So much for that...🙄
I'm not going to be tight on money but at the same time I don't want to blow all my money in a matter of minutes either.
I think all I will be doing is the Big Show photo op and Ric Flair photo op. That's about it. That right there is $180 Just for those two. I'd be more than happy if that's all I do.

I uploaded roughly 5 clips to my Twitter account of footage from that event of the Blue Blazer promo and his final interview that night with Kevin Kelly.
Also footage of minutes after Owen Hart's accident. It's still just as shocking now as it was then all those years ago.
If you've got Twitter just to a search for either WWF Over the Edge 1999 or #OwenHart and those clips should come up.

I was watching on PPV that night and it was beyond shocking to say the least.
Right after Owen had fell, they were panning back and forth with crowd shots and then we see Jim Ross.
If you watch closely, there's a fan with black hair & glasses behind Jim Ross pointing up to the ceiling & giving a throat-cutting gesture meaning he knew the severity of the situation and pretty much knew Owen was dead then and there.
I've watched it a few times and it looks like the fan actually says "He's dead".
I still have the VHS tape I recorded it on that night.
It's the ONLY way that event exists in its entirety. I even recorded the Sunday Night Heat show that night as well.
Vince should've canceled the show. There's no way a riot would break out. Everyone would've been understanding of the tragic situation.
