Hmmm I like it, but i'm kinda torn. Don't you guys feel it's ruined his 'monster' image that has been projected on TV so well? I'll keep thinking of the BFG everytime I see Braun now lol.

Hi Folks!
This is a damn tough question, as a huge fan of wrestling theme music, I wanted to share my top 10 with ya'll and also ask what your hot faves are. Wrestling theme music for me is not only entertaining, diverse and catchy - but also holds a lot of childhood and teenage memories for me.
So here's my top 10:
1. Hulk Hogan - Real American 2. Legion of Doom - original WWF 3. The Rock (circa. 1999) 4. Stone Cold Steve Austin (circa. 1999) 5. Cactus Jack WWF 6. Vince Mcmahon - no chance in hell 7. Four Horsemen - WCW circa 1999 8. Dean Malenko - WWF (James Bond theme) 9. Vader WWF 10. Lance Storm WCW
There's so many more that I think are awesome, but these are probably the ones I liked the most.

Let him go, allow him time to regroup and flourish on the indie scene - that will make his return that much more special and worthwhile. Dolph needs a break from the horrible situation in WWE he's perpetually stuck with!

Good idea but didn't like the hands on R3 figures, they could barely hold an accessory!

I don't see the comparison to be honest.
Goldberg was like a refined and badass version of the Warrior.
Koloff was just a "Russian strongman" who didn't mince his words.
Only thing they had in common was their lack of pure wrestling ability..... :/

59? Damn that's relatively young. He was always the proverbial mid carder who everyone loved to watch. Hard worker and talented wrestler. R.I.P Z-man!

Attitude era matches weren't always that great tbh.
It was the storylines, creative and 'in your face' characters that really made things so damn entertaining. I really enjoyed the attitude years, so refreshing and full of surprises.
Guess we won't see any of that creative magic again till WWE gets some real competition.....

...so the only alternative to Smyths is to order it for the same price off RSC - at least with Smyths we get the option ofgoing in the store and choosing the best one (paint-job and box condition). Not to mention, this £32.99 at Smyths might be a one-off/experimental price (similar to the £27.99 for the DM Macho Man, before they went back down to £24.99). I can see future EG figures leveling off at something like £27.99/£28.99. Another issue is that at $27.99 + $19 shipping this will just be over the threshold for customs and we'd have to pay another few quid plus £8 royal mail handling fee. Smyths it is. Wow the prices are insane these days! I really feel for you guys trying to make a decent collection. Collecting back in the days of Jakks was so much more....well...cheap! The prices on eBay are even more eye watering!

Hi Guys,
Been very nostalgic recently watching old LOD matches in WWF. They were sooooo damn over in the early 1990s, almost main event status in their own right. The Road Warrior from the NWA period were badass too, nobody wanted to cross their paths for sure! Throughout the years, they have been rebranded, repackaged and also paired up with others to maintain the legacy (e.g. Hawk and Sasaki & Animal and Heidenreich).
What was your favourite incarnation of the legendary team?
Your thoughts?

Gimme a beer!!!
Austin will always be remembered as the quintessential character of the attitude era. Post neck injury, thankfully the characteristic brawling style covered up any vulnerabilities in the ring.
Stunning Steve will always be remembered as the great wrestler. His matches with Steamboat were epic!!

Very nice question bud!
I started in the golden days of the early 1990s - Hulkamania runnin' wild etc! That's when I started collecting hasbro figures and the hallowed blue ring. I don't know why, but I have this vivid memory of a WWF Superstars match in 1992 between a face Sgt Slaughter and Ric Flair, the mountie interfered and electrocuted Sarge with his cattle prod, costing him the match in the process.
Was a big fan of Sting too, so would watch WCW worldwide and follow his matches also (against Rick Rude, Jake Roberts and Vader!). Led to me buying some galoob figures too lol! Think I watched up till around mid 1993 when Hogan left WWF and joined Dubya See Dubya, and then stopped (complete cold turkey).
Didn't start watching again till 1999 when the attitude era was at it's peak and Stone Cold was tearing the house down every week (along with upcoming guys such as The Rock, HHH etc.) That led me to starting my figure collection again: BCAs, then TTLs, and then RAs along with the CS figures which I totally adored! Watched continuously till around 2015 and with the emergence of the new guys (and eventual disappearance of our attitude era favorites), I've kind of lost interest to some degree. Don't watch Raw/Smackdown religiously every week now and just catch up via the WWE youtube channel if something cool happened or if there's been a good PPV. Still make it a point to order and watch Wrestlemania every year, a family tradition.
Guess it's like trying to compare apples with pears. Nothing will ever come close to the magic of the attitude era and I guess I just really miss the buzz and excitement that it brought.

I swear this company tries to do everything it can to get people to stop watching it's product. Most of the music today sounds lame. Jim Johnston actually made memorable music you'd put on your ipod or buy CDs of back in the day. CFO$ or whateverthe sounds like generic second rate crap. Probably a business move more than anything. You get what you pay for....I guess

AS much as I want to say the Brain, I think Paul E. was very underrated at the time. The Dangerous Alliance in WCW was refreshing and one of my most fav periods in the early 1990s.

As a kid I didn't think much of the Urn until Rumble '94 when Yoko and the heels took Taker down. They unscrewed the urn and threw it on the canvas. Lo' and behold some green smoke type stuff started pouring out. That was the height of kayfabe for me and I was actually like wow, the urn really did hold Taker's powers!!!!

As good as Finn is, unfortunately he doesn't fit Vince's mould as a top main eventer.
I.e. tall, muscly, oozing physicality etc. It will take a huge fan movement to make Vince change his mind, like what happened with Daniel Bryan and ultimately AJ Styles (due to the reactions they would receive wherever they went).
Does anyone know if Finn is a merchandise shifter? That's the other thing that tends to make Vinny Mac take notice.

Starrcade - amazing idea. Alot of retro fans (like myself) would have marked out like crazy whilst watching this.
Not broadcasting (even as a recorded show) - most stupid idea ever. Both from a business standpoint and fan perspective.

Hi Guys! I was just browsing the shops today, when I spotted Mr Strowman himself (Mattel Basics line). Awesome likeness but I spotted something different about his hair in two similar figures. Sorry i'm a Mattel novice (Jakks collector myself), so just wanted to check if this was a rare variant, error etc. See below: You'll notice on left hand side of his face, a string of his hair (straight not braided) flops behind his ear. This seems to be the normal positioning, look etc.Now look at this pic, on the left hand side of his face, a string of hair (braided not straight) falls along his ear. Looks deliberate to me rather than an error.Your thoughts peeps? THanks,
