I absolutely HATE how WWE will post publically how Andrade was suspended, but then they have the commentators say how he was out with an injury... its mind boggling they treat the TV shows like they are literally in their own world and nothing else exists. except for when they promote literally everything else that does exist outside the TV show Yes they should've talked about how he was suspended for drug policy on Raw, thatd make much more sense.

I give them a somewhat of a pass for the womens stuff right now, its just a fact that the talent pool for womens wrestlers especially on the indies is so small. They're going to have to take someone like a Statlander and mold them. The match last night was sub par but as long as they continue to grow they will get there eventually.

Quiet thread, but the show has been solid so far. Seems like maybe people arent used to coming into the AEW section yet. That tag match was some upper level chit, they gave everything and it showed. The tease at the end was perfect. Long term booking pays off.

What's really funny is a lot of you expecting something else. We're passed WWE slowly righting the ship. Vince has to die, and a total complete shift in how the company runs will have to happen before we get anything other than crap like today.

Fiends reign was kinda boring. Seemed like they put half a thought into it, wanted to do something long term, but classic WWE they turned it into a mess, didnt follow up with a lot of the plot of why people were changing after facing him, and now they just want to wash their hands of him in the title picture and use him as an attraction. They should have never made him champion, unless they were willing to go all in on him, not change plans a month out from Mania.

Sounds like these will be scaled to the wrestlers height similar to mattel. Can't wait to see marko and luchasaurus! In for them using the Hornswoggle mold for Marko Stunt Hornswoggle mold would be weird, marko has much longer legs and arms than Swoggle lol.

What are you guys thinking from this pic. To me they dont look as big as Delexe Aggression. They do look very Mattel-esque. My guess is theyre either in scale, or slightly above scale.

Everyone hates the 1/500 and 1/1000 game, until one of you bastards finds one, and then itll be the best thing ever. That's how it be. You have a point, but for an all inclusive company, this really does make little sense. Maybe a short pack like 1 per box (keep 1 in each box thereafter, so many exist), but not a 1/1000 series. To me it pushes people to hunt. Look how many people online have already said theyve ordered the set online. Months in advance. They want people in stores.

According to this video there will be 5 or 6 series coming out this year! 5 or 6 series?! That is absolutely insane! We basically will be getting the whole roster this year if they hold off on a lot of repaints. That guy seemed super nervous and flubbed a few times. He said both rings come with figures, which only the Authentic does. 5 or 6 waves in 2020 is nearly unfathomable. He said they have 4 waves locked in, which seems much more likely for 2020. He might've meant 5 or 6 waves in their first year, starting from July. If these hit in July, I bet were looking at 2 in September, 3 in November, and 4 in January. And that's if they sell great i could see them adjusting with demand.

The packaging to me kinda sucks, but it also leads me to believe theyll be doing Classics, probably sprinkled into series. That's the only reason I'd imagine that for a new line, new figures, new parts, they choose an old packaging model.

Where do you see this? Just going off the images of everyone handing the figures and size of the box/how much space they leave. I hope I’m wrong. My wallet hopes I’m right. One things I've learned is it's almost impossible to judge scale without a side by side. The packaging could be the same style, but scaled smaller than Jakks/TNA.

I love AEW and I love wrestling figures, so I'll buy any and all no matter the scale. I'd be happy if they were a different scale or the same. I've never understood how some people need something to be all the same scale; seeing an army of figures all the same size looks so unbelievably boring to me, variation makes things pop. People flipping out that the new McFarlane DC figs aren't in scale with Marvel legends is so laughable to me. That said, if these are in the same scale as Mattels (which they look like me), that's cool too! No dude, it's not about everyone being the same size at all. "in scale" here means differences in both height and body-type. Basically I don't want to see a Kenny Omega as tall as Luchasaurus, or I don't want to see a Young Buck jakked like PAC. That's what I take "being in scale" to be. If they are in scale with Mattels then Kenny better be shorter than Kane. It was a differentiator for Mattel vs. Jakks back in 2008. Mattel Rey was considerably shorter than Mattel Undertaker unlike Jakks Rey/Undertaker, and everyone didn't have balloon arms and thunder thighs. As much as we appreciate Jeremy P being involved in this line, he's also notorious for ignoring scale. Jakks started making figures 20 years ago. Scale didnt matter as much then as now. Theres multiple unique parts in these photos, and it's been over 10 years since JP has had anything to do with wrestling figures. Theres more evidence that theyll be scaled with mattel, and with themselves, than not.

If they are, I think it's a mistake. Just because they're similar to Elites doesn't mean the costs are the same. Licensing rights for WWE were probably significantly higher than what they're paying for AEW. And it's a new line for a not yet established product looking to get space in a crowded retail market. The best thing they can do is undercut the price point of their biggest competitor. But at the very least, I think they'll be priced competitively to Elites - somewhere in the $17-22 range. I think it's hard to argue that the Ultimate Edition line hasn't been a big flop at $30. And if Mattel can't sell main event WWE talent at that price point, there's no way you try to sell Britt Baker or Shawn Spears at that price point. There's no way these are gonna be under $20. Prices don't go down over time, they only go up. Hey, I hope they're $20. Just my impression looking at these photos, and it looks like they could have multiple hands/possible heads/etc. like Ultimates, along with entrance gear/attire. And considering a large part of what they're going after here is the hardcore fan/collector (like myself) I could easily see it being $25/30. I'm happy to pay more for a premium product, though of course I want it to be as cheap as humanly possible lol. They will be under $20. Marvel legends and Star Wars Black are under or at $20. My guess is $16.

Sounds great until it's a one sided Takers greatest hits. Want to see something like HBK vs Taker, but AJ will be Takers Ziggler, that Goldberg had.

Take a drs note or some kind if documentation of your condition if possible. You, or or if your going with someone and youd feel more comfortable with them asking, find a staff member and ask them what's the best thing to do. Be upfront with how you feel. And dont forget no matter what happens that you did the best you possibly could. WF 100% have your back. I've been to a few axxess and signings and if you have any other questions or concerns feel free to DM me, even if just to chat.

I hope they're quite different than Mattel. I dont really wanna mix match them, I'd rather have 2 distinct lines on my shelf. Ya it would be nice to be able to move guys over easily, such as let's say Matt Hardys Mattel Elite over to AEW Jazwares, but that just takes all the originality and fun that Jazwares could have with this line.
One thing I havent seen mentioned (maybe it has), is i wonder if AEW will run into any issues putting All ELITE wrestling on their packaging, as I'm sure there got to be some trademarking done by mattel for the elite line. Would be a simple fix and could easily just put AEW on the boxes, just curious to see if there will be anything weird like that theyll have to work around.

Not that unusual, with him still being involved with WWE, but if it's for merch I think hes coming back. At the very very least we'll get the Peep Show, and some retro E&C merch. Man Edge's whole run is going to be magical and wholesome I can just feel it.
