neilmagnumThanks, may give this a try. This is a different method than I’ve tried before, so hopefully it works better for me.

Is there a tutorial anywhere on how to crack UE torsos? I’m pretty lousy at cracking torsos in general, but willing to give it a shot. I’m decent at cracking elite torsos but I’m horrible at Ultimate torsos. Would love to see a tutorial as well.

Anyone put the head from championship showdown taker on the ultimate? Keen to see how looks I did this one, but I don’t have a picture of it on my phone. It looks really good. I can try to get a picture after I get back home.

Thanks. Back to the drawing board lol. Needing a set of those bone claws for a fixup idea. I'd guess with a hairdryer or boiling water they'd come loose pretty easily. There can't be that much glue there, right? haha I may try it if I find one cheap enough

Are the bone claws on the Wolverine from the Love Triangle set removable? I didn't try too hard when I first got it, but I don't believe so. Seems like Hasbro stopped making Wolverine's claws removable at some point (maybe with X-Force Wolverine?). Just my impression, though. Thanks. Back to the drawing board lol. Had been trying to decide if I wanted the new Snake Eyes and Timber. Amazon made up my mind for me today by having it on sale for $30

jordanimalWhat torso did you use for your Edge fixups? Cesaro E93. but i figure any Cesaro torso from 2015 or later will do! Thanks! I’ve been wanting to update my modern Edge figure.

Converted an Amazon UE HHH to a Luger. Also swapped UE Cena arms onto the new legends Kane. Just need to find a gauntlet for unmasked Kane. Tempted to do this with my Luger! Can anyone give me some tips on removing logos from the tights area. I use goof off and it always leaves a residue. Does nail polish remover work better? Or does that leave a residue too? I use clear nail polish on hard plastic to remove logos. Brush it on and then wipe it off. Sometimes it takes a bit to wipe it off, but doesn’t leave the residue that goof off does. Goof off works fine on the softer plastics though, like arms and legs.

Have they announced what set the Sgt Slaughter is in? And when preorders will be up? Sgt. Slaughter is not in a proper wave. He will be available to order from many places online, and should go up for sale sometime this week. Awesome! Thank you! Hopefully I’ll be able to get one.

figures for me are like little moments frozen in time. whenever i pick up a figure i get a flood of specific memories that bring back great nostalgia. whether it be reminding me of an old figure i had as a kid, a memory of a match or storyline that took place in the ring or one that played out in my fed. these days, the biggest thing that i get out of figure collecting is the fact that i get to treat myself in a specfic way that no one else could. when i was a kid i grew up.....lower middle class. my family would be shopping at bargain brand stores; mind you i always had food to eat, clothes to wear and a warm home, but as a kid i did way more 'window shopping' and wishing than i did playing with the toys i really desired. thumbing through the toy section of the newspapers and putting stars by the figures i wanted to buy. id turn them into my parents in hopes that they would surprise me, but my bins continuously filled up with dollar store guys; its not that they didnt care its just that they didnt understand. and, its also really cool to know that my main hobby is buying $20 figures here and there and not buying motorcycles or cars or other obnoxious things I really like this. I’ve got so many memories from growing up watching wrestling or playing with my wrestling figures, and collecting now as an adult really helps tap into those memories. It helps me go back to those “little moments frozen in time”. Taking me back to the emotions from a wrestling memory or the fun from my playing days as a kid.

This might be strange...but I love that new Mattel figure smell. The first thing I do upon popping a new elite or ultimate out of the plastic is give it a good sniff. There’s nothing like that old jakks smell tho Jakks BCA smell is like a time machine. The smell from opening up a BCA figure, momentarily takes me right back to 1997/1998. I’ve got my Monster Ring set up, all my figures laying out to the side in match order, and I’m ready to play.

Would the retro Spiderman Hammerhead body work for a suited Miz, or would it be too small? Mattel WWE figures tower over Marvel Legends Yeah I compared my Retro Spiderman to Miz, and noticed Miz was taller. But was hoping Hammerhead might have been a bit bigger than Spiderman.
