Wasn't ever a fan to be honest. I remember liking his match with Cena though.

Yeah psychology seems to be dying/dead. Which is a shame since to me it's the most important aspect of a match.

Yeah, the endless near falls definitely piss me off more than Cole's selling of them. Not saying I don't hate Cole or anything, but jesus, talk about overkill. On a side note, if I had my way guys would beat each other with all kinds of different moves. That way when the big matches came we'd have far more believable near falls.

Absolutely. Bret's definitely in my top 5, but he really does rate himself to the point of obnoxiousness. Don't even get me started on 4/10 for the WM28 HIAC match, or any of the crap he said about Triple H recently.

Thought Raw was pretty good this week. Six man was good, Cody/Orton was really good. In fact it was so good it actually kinda pissed me off that there was absolutely no sense of consequence to the match, which hurt it IMO. It needed to mean something. Speaking of really good matches, love the idea of the bullrope match for Henry vs Sheamus. Hope that's what they go with.

I didn't really enjoy it much. Then again I didn't really enjoy the Rock/ Cena build-up either. For me, both Rock/ CM Punk matches were crappy, Rock/ Cena II was not much better at all, however Rock/ Cena I was a great match IMO. Of course Cena/ CM Punk is where it's at.Forgot to mention this. Cena and Punk are phenomenal together.

I try not to get too negative most of the time, but in all honesty I thought the builds for both feuds were lacking (Rock/Cena moreso) and the matches were all pretty weak (Punk/Rock moreso). Punk's rant at Rock was pretty good though.

Unbelievably good match. Also a great display of the absolutely monumental gap in commentary quality between then and what we have now.

Sounds to me like he's either just taken a knock and plans to gut it out, or it's a total work to make him seem more of an underdog. Probably the former.

I'm actually starting to lean towards it being a work to be honest. But I will say that while I'd never wish a guy to get hurt like that, if this is legit then it's one of the more interesting things to happen for a while. No idea what they would do with the title.

Achilles Tendon injuries tend to be pretty bad. Fair chance he won't make Extreme Rules, 3 weeks may not be enough.

Not only does this piss me off on the basis of ol' Hogan and the Stinger being focal points of the show, but it's also just dawned on me how little I want to see Sting vs Bully in a PPV main event for the World Title.

Ryback and Cena need a draw, or at least a screwy finish. Ryback can't really afford another loss.

It's difficult, because I wouldn't really say he had a great series of matches with anyone, just a small collection of really good one off matches with various opponents. I'll say Warrior though, since the WM6 main event is probably my favorite Hogan match.

Actually enforce a fair brand split with equal talent on each roster, take Raw back to 2 hours, take Smackdown live (not Friday though), and start making some decent use of the wasted masses of the undercard, then we can talk about a draft.
If not, unify the WHC and WWE title, stop arsing around, still try to make use of the wasted masses of the undercard, cut a load of dead weight, and make the IC and US titles worth a damn.

Punk isn't the be all and end all of wrestling. The product is sucking BAD at the moment, and Punk gone makes it worse. This is the point. It's not that Punk's so good that wrestling is nothing without him, it's that the current state of the WWE is such that they can't really afford to miss the guy who's pretty much been the bright point of Raw every week for the last year. If they had anybody that could fill that position while he's not around, we wouldn't be having this discussion.

Cause one segment and maybe a 15-20 min match makes Raw? Get off punks kool-aid. These days it more or less does bud.

The Shield are pretty hot right now so I'd say they're worth watching at least.
