I'm glad they let my contract run out so I could sign with All Elite Banter.

The name sucks but is that the partially reunited line up? They sound great. Its a mix. The vocals are from 2006 but the guitars are from the current line up. Vocals are actually from '99. Same as from the demo version on the storage locker leaks. Same with Absurd. I'm guessing the majority of new material will feature vocals from those sessions.

Assuming they actually go through with trying to turn her... who does that even leave for WWE in general as a top full-time face? Drew and Bliss? Yeesh.

I know it gets a lot of recognition by Megadeth diehards, but In My Darkest Hour honestly deserves even more praise, IMO. Top 5 'Deth song for me.
Sleepwalker, too. Great song from the later albums.

There is a basement where I work and the one manager showed me the basement yesterday. It is really big. There's a lot of old relics down there. There's an old fridge from like the 50s down there. I use the dairy freezer, so that one day, I can fashion my frozen tears into an ice pick to stab the new store manager.

I don't know about that specifically but I did have a thought the other day that relates to NXT, but no good thread to post in before now. Never watched the full NXT product before the Tuesday move. Not the network show, not the USA show. Watched early TakeOvers (up thru Chicago 2017 currently) and some isolated "TV" matches on comps. I've read people say that today's product doesn't hold their interest as it once did, and of course the rotation of talent and little/no fans would affect the show as well. But is it drastically different from before? If individual matches or segments were watched on their own, would the energy match up to the classic stuff; or are there production, announcing, or creative elements that have driven NXT to be less than what it was? NXT now is far, far different than the initial boom era they had with the Sami, Bo, Neville, and Breeze. Initially, it really was treated much more as a developmental show. A few squash matches, a couple quick backstage/promo segments, then the main event (which almost always featured someone from the main roster coming down for a match - usually a mid-carder like Titus or Sandow). And due to them taping shows in batches and the show only being an hour, you could go weeks without seeing the same people constantly, and stories generally simmered and got built up for a while. For me personally, the era stretching from Zayn's debut in the summer of 2013 to Takeover: Brooklyn was peak NXT, and they haven't quite recaptured it since. And yes, I absolutely think it holds up just as well now as it did then. NXT also was great about constantly refreshing the rosters every 6-months to a year. You'd get whatever hot new indy star they signed, they'd get their run with the belt, then it was up to the main roster; same basically went for the tag and women's divisions. I'd say it was around when Shinsuke signed that they really started leaning into the super indy aspect. And since the move to two hours, it's completely unrecognizable of the NXT of old. The rosters are also more stagnant, because a lot more people are content with just being NXT lifers apparently, and they want it established as a third brand. And while it's been somewhat better lately, during the beginning of the "Wednesday Night Wars" they were hotshotting through stories and matches constantly. So yeah, it's a LOT different than before. When it began to catch steam, it was really a fun watch and it felt organic to watch these guys grow, and then outgrow, NXT. Now it's just the forced Official WWE Indy Show. Don't get me wrong, it's still quality content - but it's got nothing on that lightning in a bottle they had from 2013-2015.

Go to bed around 11 or noon. Get up at 7:30pm. Get to work around 9pm. Leave somewhere between 6-8am, depending on the day. Five days a week, usually.... though I just worked 11 days in a row, had two days off, and worked 11 in a row again. , I'm tired.

I gotta say, as someone who's very 'bleh' towards Superman in general, I've found Superman & Lois to be very enjoyable so far.
The Flash on the other hand... it's getting hard for me to get through episodes now. I almost wish they would have another Flashpoint event just to reduce the cast back down to 3 or 4 people (mainly Joe & Caitlin, sans Frost). It'll be weird to have no Cisco or Wells around anymore, but they've both basically done everything they can with their characters, and Cisco's been meh for a couple seasons now.

Is -BEN still alive? Am I still BWF Champion? KeBen Owens is still indeed alive i get the nut out of the bag with him pretty much every day but he needs to redownload snapchat to get the nuts out with me and steben and doug and dylan every single day practically 24/7 we were just talking about the banter glory days with you, angus, penguin, ducky, etc. Also is IRS still around on here? @irs @whateverhisatwas IRSSparingly. I basically only lurk on the Banter thread and Entertainment board these days a couple times a week. I also worked 60 hours last week, am in the middle of 11 straight days without a day off, and wish to die now.

Vince just hates tag teams and factions. It's honestly amazing that The Shield lasted as long as it did, and that's only because they all put their foot down and wanted to stay together longer.
Sucks for Shelton and Cedric. They'll most likely fade back into obscurity now. But hey, Drew might get cheered at WM now.

I guess I feel honored.

Agent.
A James Bond-style spy game made by Rockstar. What's not to love?
Was supposed to be a PS3 exclusive and was announced in like 2008. Unfortunately, it seems like it was just in limbo forever and shelved permanently, since Rockstar finally let go of the trademark for it, I think.

Really don't like when people go and jostle my weenie. Plenty of room to maneuver theirs, no reason mine had to be disturbed. Sorry. It was just sitting there so invitingly.

Literally stunned by this news. Always heard lots of hype about Brodie from his indy days, and was immediately sold on him in the Wyatt Family in NXT. Was always disappointed he was squandered in WWE, and it looked like he was finally poised to be a long-time main eventer in AEW. He helped turn the Dark Order from a joke to one of the most entertaining acts in the company in a matter of months. And always heard nothing but great things about him outside of the ring. This ing sucks, man. This year ing sucks.

Not a fan of the LED lights on the ring at all. Everything feels more bright and overproduced than it needs to be. Yeah, it's honestly one of my biggest problems with WWE's production over the last 5 or 6 years. They're trying to make it all seem fancy and show off the bigger budget compared to other companies, but the LED vomit all over everything makes it feel even more sterile and... almost more childish? I don't know. It's just very off-putting to me. I think NXT's more stripped down production gets it right for the most part.

GN'R - Appetite for Destruction
GN'R - Use Your Illusion I & II (technically a double album, so I'm counting it as one)
Marilyn Manson - Antichrist Superstar
Ramones - Pleasant Dreams
