I open this site for the first time in a week, only to discover 37 notifications from JC liking my old banter posts.
I don't know whether I feel honored or disturbed. But I can get on board with his newly found Asian fetish.

Getting a COVID test up the nose isn't my idea of fun. I'd prefer it in another orifice, personally.

San Diego Padres give up the farm for Mike clevinger They actually didn't. Still projected to have the second best farm system in baseball. Phillies pick up David Phelps. Not quite as exciting as the Hader rumors, but it's better than the... nothing... we have now in the bullpen. Until he blows his arm out in his second appearance.

I mean, being a pro wrestler would kinda be the perfect cover for a serial killer. And it's 2020, so I could definitely see this turn out to be true, because why not.

I'd never heard of Binnie McKee before, and once I heard her, I did not care for her. I remember the days before I heard of her. What beautiful, sunny days they were. Now there is only sorrow. And the smell of cheap gas station hot dogs following me around.

I hope instead of eventually building hotels and poop on the moon, they just build a giant prison. A prison devoted entirely to one person: Bonnie McKee. Why? For killing Banter. And needlessly supplying the world with more empty-headed pop music. Bonnie McKee didn't kill Banter. Banter Killed Banter No, it was her.

Nah, bad promos suck. If it's good you wouldn't even notice that 10 minutes had passed.

Why would a hair thread get locked on WF? They're like half of the lifeblood of this place. And yes, I agree. Don't cut it. I had my hair around shoulder length a few years ago, got annoyed in the summer and cut it. Now I'm kind of unintentionally growing it out again (too lazy to go get it cut or cut it myself), and since my hair is thinning faster than a Nolan Ryan fastball, I'm getting dangerously close to rocking Corbin's former skullet. I could've at least enjoyed it still looking decent for 3-4 years... Man I buzzed all my hair off around two months ago and it's growing in pretty good at this rate but I was getting scared for a minute, I wasn't ready to lose my mane forever. I'm just gonna say it and become Dale Gribble.

First time I've watched Impact in about two years. Was looking for a reason to check them out again after hearing good things for the last year or so. Thought it was a great show. Starting off with the MCMG return was enough to make me want to keep watching the next Impact.
Seeing Edwards now from the last time I watched Impact was... surprising, to say the least. I just wish they'd ditch Mathews on commentary and find someone else to take the play-by-play spot.
I've never really seen anything from Grace or Perozzo (aside from her NXT stuff), so I was a little blown away by how good they were.

Damian Priest.
I can't even pinpoint exactly why. There's just something about him that bugs me. I think part of it is from seeing him when he first popped up in ROH and getting an immediate knock-off Taker/Judas Mesias (interesting combo, I know) vibe from him.

I'd honestly be shocked if we don't see him again next year. I can't see him going out in a match with nobody in the stands, and Taker seems like the sort of traditionalist that would want to go out on his back.
But I'm wrong more often than I'm right, so what do I know.

They're supposedly on track to still have their most profitable year ever, so unless they got their TV contracts yanked, or were down for an actual extended period (I presume they would only shut it down two weeks to "quarantine" at the most), it most certainly won't kill them. But would it benefit them? No. Not monetarily, most certainly not in terms of publicity. Creatively? Doubtful. But I can't see them shutting down in any way unless they are forced to. Vince is way too stubborn for that. They’d be dead in the water if they stopped giving FOX SmackDown episodes and their deal was scrapped. The fans WWE have left will never leave. If they went away for a bit, they’d still have 1-2 million people who’d come crawling back. Yes, if their TV deal was yanked, they would be screwed. However, if they were to shut down filming new content for two weeks, I'd imagine they could work something out with FOX/USA to air Best Of episodes of SD & RAW for those weeks. Honestly, with the filming of almost all other TV shows halted, something like WWE is too valuable for FOX or USA to drop right now.
