Wait....so you guys didn't like crow sting? Wtf is wrong with you? His other personas were crappy. He didn't have to say much, because he was just badass looking, same goes for Goldberg. -- I always thought Sting should've reverted back to the colorful look, after the whole nWo thing (much like Hogan did). Granted the 'crow' Sting was pretty badass, but he only changed because of the nWo's antics. Altering the 'crow' look all these years, probably not a bad idea to milk the success from that era, but as a fan, I always wanted him to dawn on the neon colors and wicked-design'd face paint, reminiscent of years past.

-- Happy Birthday guy!
I spent my 21st Bday gambling and drinking with my mom and step-dad at the time; then hitting up my aunt's bar and drinking beyond closing time.
My head hurt the next day.

I actually really liked it. All wrestling and very little storylines. Plus, the cage dancers between matches were pretty nice (=

-- Thing is, Hogan ISN'T bringing anything to TNA, as far as a return on their financial investment goes. Had he taken a massive pay-cut, along with the guys and gals who bust their a$$es every week - I wouldn't have such a problem with Hogan staying. But I honestly feel, the fans have as much responsibility to TNA's downfall, simply by chanting his name and popping so loudly..... What this does, is it encourages the TNA offices to bend over backwards to keep Hulk around. Yes he's a name, yes he get mega-pops anytime he steps through those curtains. But 1) he takes up valuable air-time that could be distributed towards an actual performer for the company. 2) It's obvious he doesn't pay attention to the storylines, which is a good indication he doesn't give a hoot about the product. And 3) If he walked out on TNA, TNA wouldn't need him as the company would do just fine without Hulkamania anchoring the budget as severely as it's doing now.
Yes, Panda Energy has more $$$ than Vince McMahon, but any investment (ANY, this includes a wrestling company) that does poorly and shows no signs of growth (which in this case, is based on the stupid decision to keep Hulk around) - will eventually cut ties from such investment. Look what happened to WCW, Ted Turner himself had all the money to keep it going (much like Bob Carter does with TNA). But the shareholders of Turner looked at WCW as a dwindled asset - hence, the sale to Vinnie Mac.
Hulk Hogan was simply looking out for: Hulk Hogan. I too am very disappointed he's staying in TNA, as it would have made MUCH, MUCH better sense to do business with WWE and ultimately end his career there. Had he taken a pay cut and submitted a great deal of his "creativity" back over to somebody who knows what do to - like I said, I'd have no problem with him staying, he would almost be like what Terry Funk did for ECW.
But the fact of the matter is, aside from merchandise sales, Hulk Hogan brings NOTHING else to the table. He doesn't go out of his way to advertise TNA, he makes himself look like a dufus in the public spotlight. The only reason why he gets such large pops from the crowd, is nostalgia and you can NOT evolve as a company, if you're banking all of your chips on a guy who doesn't actively perform in the ring any longer - just because he has name recognition. Big f**kin' deal... Sting, Angle, Hardy - all big names in their own right. Difference is, those 3 go out and still do business in the ring.
TNA really dropped the ball on this one and as a fan since the spring of 2002 when I first heard about this new company called NWA-TNA... I'm soo freakin disappointed at this point. Because if Hogan continues to drain and suck the funds from TNA like he's doing now, and TNA doesn't grow - Bob Carter can easily pull the plug and we'll all sadly watch Total Nonstop Action sink like the Titanic. Or how about worse yet.... Bob Carter sells TNA to Vince. Then TNA becomes another casualty to a company that I couldn't give 2 sh*ts about now days - and we all know TNA would be mocked heavily in front of their fans (just how WWF did to the Alliance over 10yrs ago - made a lot of the WCW & ECW guys look like sh*t).

the good: It's hulk hogan. While not really relevant. He's still a name and brings something to TNA. Also the way he's been used, is fine and completes the pupose. the bad: He costs too much. He has the potential to overshadow everyone else. If his signing does not impact signing other. more integral talent, then fine, keep him. Also keep him if his signing doesnt warrant bringing in the likes of Bubba the love sponge, knobs, or Bastion booger. the ugly: More than likely Bischoff is back too, and that means more garret:( The really ugly: Broooke Hogan. Please do not resign this beast unless her character is gonna be one that falls off the stage every week then you can automatically push this to the good. Bottomline, It is what it is and I have a feeling this is more Spike TV's influence than anything Edit: personally I think this is a stupid move by tna, but then when doesn't tna do something to completely f up a good thing. -- Bringing in the corpse of Bastion Booger, yet very disturbing, would however be more entertaining than anything Bischoff/Lagana/Conway have written lately.

take that back! Trish is smokin' hot, yes! But still, when there's something in there other than my parts, just not a turn on. It is to some, which I find odd, but to each their own. -- I gotta agree... If it's a boy, it'll grow up gay wondering "why?" (or it'll have a permanent soft spot)

Holy god. Hugh Jackman/Magnus is uncanny. -- I know right.. I always thought they should've given Magnus a gimmick, similar to how RVD resembles JCVD and does the whole martial arts thing. Or atleast refer to Magnus as "The Union Jack Wolverine" or something like that.

Yes biggest name in the business is a washed up nobody. Well he is washed up, I'll give you that. I mean in WWE he is. Like I said, in TNA he's a centerpiece. WWE doesn't need Hogan and probably never will again. -- Thing is.. TNA doesn't really need Hogan, either.

Are there actually people who think Obama is going to become a dictator? For 's sake -- I don't know, are there? All I said was, I wouldn't be surprised if he wound up becoming a dictator. Didn't say I thought he was gonna become one.

-- Technically, he's not allowed to run in 2016 - however, there's already been talks about him going for a 3rd term. If he can surpass congressional consent to go to war and win an already rigged election, I wouldn't be shocked to see this puppet ultimately become our nation's dictator by rallying the rest of the stooges on the hill and bringing in totalitarian placed government. I know he doesn't really make the decisions (as anyone who's woken up, realizes the entities behind the "iron curtain" really do), but Barrack HUSSEIN Osama, er Obama doesn't seem to have a problem bringing our nation to it's knees. You can bring up all the points, facts, ideas, theories, and figures you want, but the second you decide to put the man's middle name in all caps as an attempt to discredit him or manipulate connections some people have to the name is the second I stop giving any credence to your post. -- You're welcome.
