-- I met that Dewey guy last year, D'lo said Dewey doesn't get paid to go on the road with TNA, he just volunteers with the merch booth and ring set-up & tear-down, and that Dewey's always wanted to learn and get in the ring. Dunno if he's going to be TNA's "Horowitz", but he's def. coming along!
The one thing that bothered me about last night's show, was B-Heb making the count, while Kurt & Austin were on the outside.... I thought it was a Submission match, like one of them is going to lose via count out . . . ?!?! (That's another one of those little things that TNA does, that doesn't make sense and is a pet peeve of mine).
Aside from that, the matches were pretty good. I felt sorry for that Hannah girl, Gail was workin' hella stiff with her, but it looked good.
(On the RSC "Ringside or Riot", that chunky guy Jerry is under the impression that Jeff Hardy is the new X-Division champion, because he beat Sabin last week.... did I miss something?? Was that match for the title?? I thought it was a tournament match. Then again, RoR is anti-TNA so who knows).
Pretty decent show! Lookin' foward to next week's PPV with commercials.

Yeah I got them too, it made the package smell nice. If you read the bottom of your invoice it says "Please enjoy packs of 5 and Orbit gum from our friends at Wrigley" -- I just now noticed that too. Never under-estimate the power of Gum!

-- Back on topic, I got my goodies from ShopTNA today.... and there were 5 packs of gum in my box, I kid you not! The little 69c packs with 6 pieces in each.
2 were Orbits, and 3 were of the 5 brand gum.
Gotta say, the merch smelled a lot more 'fresh breathy' when unboxing.
So yeah, they're just freebies and apparently the more you spend, the more packs they'll throw in. A nice touch to any order, actually!

She's over, her psychology is outstanding, her ring awareness & timing is unparalleled, I rarely ever see her botch a move, and who she is outside the ring really mirrors who she is inside the ring.... crazy!! (=

Why in gods name is Terry Funk still wrestling?!? If any of those guys were his real friends they wouldn't let him in their promotions. Because he's Terry ing Funk. -- YES!

Far fetched dreaming, but seeing Beth Phoenix accept the challenge.... wow!

-- I gotta say the AJ/World title "outside the company" angle. It's different and if portrayed properly, could have a great pay off.

I'll never understand peoples dislike for West. He was part of TNA for just about as long as anyone, and was just as big a part as the Six Sided Ring and the King of the Mountain Match. All jokes aside, West was the voice of TNA to me, and when Tazz replaced him, I honestly stopped listening. Funny story, my first TNA live show, I was front row, and a little drunk if I must say. After having a sarcastic star struck moment with Earl Hebner (the guys been a Dick everytime I've met him, and he always remembers me somehow), I was convinced I had spotted Don West, only it looked like he was working security. After me trying repeatedly to get his attention, a familiar former ECW security guard(the one with the mullet) came up to me and said "That's not Don West!" Since then, I've looked at some old TNA and original ECW tapes and have spotted the Don West-lookalike security guard several times. Just thought I'd share........ -- Haha you're not alone, I've seen the comparisons too!

-- Who didn't see that comin'...
Aside from the scars he's probably given his parents (psychologically), he isn't hurting anybody, so if that's what makes the guy happy, more power to'em!

-- Love FH! It's a shame The Olsons have forgotten what brought them to the dance (sorta speak). Otherwise, I could see a made for TV movie come about. A tv movie would be great -- Was actually thinking about what the storyline could be, behind a TV movie for it... Jesse & The Rippers still play, with Nicky & Alex (now in their early 20s) in the band. Rebecca is retired from broadcasting and either does consulting work over the internet or is a wedding planner. The Kotsapolos' (sp?) have their own place by this time. Joey is married (to a newly introduced character), and has a 13yr old girl and a 15yr old son. Living in a home of their own. Joey still does stand-up but returned to advertising with his own ad business. Danny has his own late night talk show, "Goodnight Bay City with Danny Tanner" ... and still single. Only during the TV movie, the main plot is surrounding his asking of his present girlfriend (newly introduced character) to marriage. The kicker would be... he lives in an apt. (The infamous townhouse, was purchased in the early 2000's and the family was forced to vacate in 2002. Then news gets to each family, that the entire townhouse development, will be torn down. Another side-plot would be the reunion of each family, taking one last tour inside the house and reminiscing - maybe some flashbacks are shown, pertaining to each room they're visiting). DJ & Steve eventually tied the knot, and have 3 boys (1 nerd who's a neat-freak like Grandpa Tanner, 1 is a jock who's into amateur wrestling & eats a lot like his dad, and the 3rd is the youngest, who's a prankster at the age of 8). DJ is a psychologist, who gives her professional opinions on matters throughout the movie. Steve works under Joey for Joey's ad firm. The family has their own home, obviously. The Stephanie character would get a shot of modern times, being a single mother of 1 girl - who resembles Stephanie's personna from the '88-'89 era, so she'd be about 7 or 8. Stephanie would be a higher-up at a bank - the same bank who does business with the individual who is planning on tearing down the townhouse development (plot twist). And since the Olsons don't really want anything to do with FH, I can see one of them making a cameo at the end of the show - the absence of Michelle would be explained from texts and phone calls, telling the family her flight from NY was cancelled then her next flight's been delayed (stuck in Chicago), but she'll be on her way soon.... The family is finishing off the dialogue of the movie, talking about how they're always going to be one big family... silence with a group hug, when Michelle makes her cameo, walking through the door of the old house where everyone is, "You got it, dude!" The private investor who is looking to have the house torndown... a very rich Kimmy Gibbler! Stephanie wouldn't have a clue as to who it was, at her bank, as it was always a representative of the wealthy client who was doing business with Steph (IE, "disclosed client"). And DJ will admit that she hasn't spoken to Kimmy in years. With the amount of new characters introduced, Kimmy could be overlooked and revealed to be the investor at the end .... as the Tanner family will try to persuade Kimmy from tearing down the house. That's all I came up with at present time lol

-- At first, I was glad to see Taz come in. But once Don left TNA, it just hasn't been the same. He was green as a commentator, but his enthusiasm more than made up for it and made a lot of guys look good, from it.
His Shop TNA videos, I still watch from time to time on YouTube... the guy can sell just about anything.
I wish he was still part of the company.

-- I always thought it was funny, in BTTF III, that before Marty travels to 1885, he's looking at a picture of Doc's tombstone and it says "beloved Clara" on it ... Now here's the hole:
Clara Clayton should've died over the ravine as originally told in history ("Clayton Ravine", Marty realizes after he's saved her) - hence, she would have never met Doc and her name would have never wound up on Doc's tombstone. Marty hadn't save her at this point, so there was no love for Doc to inscription on his tombstone because Clara would've already been dead due to the fall over the ravine.
Dunno if anyone else ever noticed that either.
