Yes gamestop employees are just insufferable douches. I had not shopped there in years, then the exclusive brock lesnar comes out. I walk in and before he could complete what he was saying to me i say very loudly and clearly "Brock Lesnar Gamestop Exclusive Figure". The guy looked at me with a puzzled face and looked around for a minute before i found the figure on a display rack right behind me. Gamestop really sucks, but because they actually stock wwe elites now, and walmart and target are really sucking right now they are a necessary evil. You know...if I didn't know any better, I'd say you were a douche to that game stop employee. Coming in shouting at the top of your lungs, "BROCK LESNAR" probably scared the normal people in there too. But, at the very least, you got your toy. Hahahahaha! This is just so funny to me. "You got your toy." Hahahahahahaha!

My kid did away with his love of wrestling figures so I haven't made a purchase in a long time. However, the 8 year old in me was still looking and unable to find the Hart Foundation anywhere. I might've bought those two, but I guess there's a reason for everything.
When Bill makes a WM III Ricky Steamboat in elite form and Ken Shamrock, I'll buy 2-3 of those figures.
BILL! KEN SHAMROCK! NOW!

I like Coke Zero. Smells as good as regular Coke, with half the calories. It always leaves a bad after taste running down the back of your throat.

The original Predator movie. Every figure from the squad is made and every one comes with a piece of the Predator. The 11 year old in me would just about explode. If you knew how many Predator recreates I did with my G.I. Joe figures...

It would appear that retail outlets are more concerned with their line of exclusives than the overall product. I've seen the elite series with Tyler Breeze in Walmart stores everywhere I go but that's all I see, HOF (with an abundance of Wyatt/Taker 2 packs) at Target, NOTHING at Meijer, and TRU is bleeding out the Network figures and Dean Ambrose. Walgreen is the only store in which I have seen any new series of elite figures and that's because it's exclusive to them.

Didn't Shamrock sign some kind of legends deal or something? He was quoted in an interview stating he'd been approached by WWE to sign a deal that would allow them to make figures and what not. The way it was worded led me to believe nothing ever came from it. I thought it might've been a secret that WWE and Shamrock were supposed to keep so they can have a surprise reveal at one of those major comic shows, buuuuuuuuuut I was wrong...and disappointed.

When my kid actually did play with his figures, I'd write all the names down on pieces of paper and throw them in a hat and we'd do Royal Rumbles. I'd announce in my perfect "Fink" voice and explain the rules. I'd then draw two names and set up the iPad on YouTube for entrance videos to correlate with the current pick. I have multicolored headlamps that heightened the experience with Finn Balor or Xpac and it was always fun but it never mattered that Andre the Giant was fighting CM Punk or even Dolph. We just had fun.

No Ken Shamrock. No elite WMIII Ricky Steamboat. Since my kid has lost all interest during the Roman Era, and these two figures I've been holding out hope for were skipped over again, I think it's time I close up shop. Otherwise, I'm just a 40 year old man buying toys. Sorry, Mattel. I've literally spent thousands of dollars anticipating these two figures, building a collection for my son and daughter and feeding nostalgia. I can't do it anymore. Quitting because two figures haven't been made? Odd. WM3 Steamboat has a basic. Well, like I said, my son is out. Just...done. Even his friends can't wrangle him back in. My daughter has always been indifferent anyway. For her it was the joy of opening up the toy. I bought her Baylee and she literally opened it, looked at it, and put it right down. Shamrock and Steamboat were for me. Two figures I can purchase and display next to my Randy Couture figure and Barry Sanders collectible figure in my mini sports showcase. *The idea behind the elite is posing the figure in the exact moment he was awarded the title. I have Dana White awarding the title to Couture like he traditionally does with every title victory while Couture's chin is down and both hands raised in victory. The scene was from UFC 68's HW title victory over Tim Sylvia. It was my favorite UFC fight of all time. I wanted an elite Steamboat so he can hold it up while George Steele is essentially holding him up. My favorite WWF match of all time. Can't do that with basics and make them look as cool. No posing Shamrock -- he and Sanders were my favorite athletes and were to be placed in their own spots with pictures and signed memorabilia.
