And nothing of value was lost. He was presented better in NXT, but for me personally, I never saw anything special even when he was there. Plain and simple, Lars is one of the rare cases of a main roster call up failing being 100% on him, and not Vince or anyone else screwing him up.

Not real surprised, as he just had the cancer diagnosis, but I'm surprised it happened so soon.

PJ how heavy is that BAF Bane? He was pretty solid I remember when McFarlane first put out the video talk about the Bane line, someone joking if you had Bane and Devastator, you could use them to defend your collection by throwing them at someone.

I think Slamboree 97 was when they debuted the J-Mar belts. I looked back at Nitro leading up to the show, and the last time they had belts with them, was April 28 and it was the Parks belts. Any time between then and Slamboree, when Hall and Nash were on, they didn't have any belt with them. Any idea when the second J-Mar showed up? I wasn't watching at the time but I know they added an eagle to make the title bigger. I think it was Super Brawl IX. Barry Windham and Curt Hennig beat Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko in a tournament final after Rick Steiner and Kenny Kaos vacated them. Windham and Hennig were the first I can remember holding the bigger belts.

Did the Outsiders have that style of tag titles? When did they switch to the skinny belts? Yes, The Outsiders held the Reggie Parks design and then introduced the J-Mar skinny titles as NWO Tag Team Championships even though they said WCW on them. They debuted them sometime in early-mid 97. I know they had them at Slamboree 97 for sure but I think they debuted on TV before that. I think Slamboree 97 was when they debuted the J-Mar belts. I looked back at Nitro leading up to the show, and the last time they had belts with them, was April 28 and it was the Parks belts. Loved Arkham City. You can play as night wing and robin in City, right? Or am I confusing it with Arkham Knight? Yeah you can use them for challenges if I remember right Yeah, you can only play them in the challenge maps (you can play Robin in the Harley Quinn DLC too), while Catwoman you can play in free roam of the city.

I found the McFarlane Last Knight on Earth Build a Bane set this morning at the Palisades Center Target. So I picked it up and canceled my preorder. Batman -Scarecrow -Wonder Woman - I am not a fan of the shading on her cheeks as it’s so dark and looks Like stubble. Omega -Bane - I can’t get his legs or wrists to lock into place. They keep popping off when I go to move them. The set really does look good. I have the hardcover of the story, but still haven't read it yet. What's the comparison between Bane and Devastator? I know McFarlane said Bane is bigger, just wondering how much.

I really wished we could have seen the Star Wars game Amy Hennig was involved in that EA canceled. The couple of images that were actually released of the early build looked good, and having her involved in the story, it could have been a fun game.

New Japan has had ties to impact in the past, plenty of guys have wrestled on impact shows in the past. So not an unheard of crossover. But I actually have no idea what restrictions would exist in terms of wearing the clothing. I expect this is part of a bigger story and that arrangements were made with new Japan. Arrangement would have come through impact though, not Khan. They didn't wear bullet club on aew. Yeah, but with Omega being one of the guys, and this being part of a joint Impact/AEW deal, I could easily see New Japan going after AEW if they didn't get permission to use their property.

Pretty sure that New Japan owns the rights to Bullet Club. Some kind of deal had to be done between New Japan and Khan, because I don't think they'd be stupid enough to just use it, and risk New Japan coming after them.

I just watched Armed and Dangerous last night and it was hysterical. It didn't get good reviews or performed well at the box office. John Candy being paired with Eugene Levy was a great combination. I definitely think it's one of his most underrated works. I love that movie, and the chemistry he has with Levy is great. So many good scenes in the movie, this being one of my favorites Course it cuts out the funny line, 'so what are you hauling?' 'Rocket fuel!'

I'm in the group that will say definitely Muta. Between the accomplishments he's had both in the ring and outside of it, as well as the number of wrestlers he's influenced Muta would have to be the biggest star to never work in the WWF/E. Part of me gets bummed out by that, but then another part of me is glad it never happened either.

Didnt somebody like Roman Reigns or Braun Strowman break that record recently? In a single Rumble Kane does not have the record anymore, but I believe for his career he still has more eliminations than anyone else. 13 is the number for most eliminations in a single Rumble and is technically shared by Bruan and Lesnar. Braun had it in the Saudi Rumble, while Brock had it this past Rumble. Kane does have the overall still with 45. As for the original post, just because they didn't win a Rumble, doesn't make Kofi or Kane the worst. They still managed to be in the list of most memorable Rumble competitors without winning it. Hell if wins were the main thing, HBK shouldn't be considered Mr. WrestleMania when his record is 6 and 11.

I don't think what she said will change a lot(hope I'm wrong) but if her saying this stops couple people from doing what she's saying I think it be great. You can tell by her just doing this how much the business means to her,Jon and their family. Imo this is incredible of her at a time like this to take her time doing this for the community. I never understood why people would make fun or call people names just because they watched a different show then they do. I didn't even realize, she's a former wrestler herself. Saw an old video last week, where she actually wrestled Brodie in an intergender tag match. Very sad that he passed away. 41 is just to goddamn young. And to those who were complaining that the WWE didn't do enough and whatnot. I don't see you saying anything about all the tributes and whatnot that are all over their social media and website, etc. They waited, as they should have, for the company he was working for to honor him first. Not sorry to say, but if WWE did all the things people are screaming about first, everyone would be crying that Vince is trying to capitalize on this and damn Vince to hell like they do for everything else. You know it's true. RIP Jon Huber. That's the thing, WWE couldn't win with some people in this situation. And to me that's sad, that there are people that would use Brodie's death as an excuse to take shots at them. To me, I think WWE did it right. Brodie died on the 26th, and on the 28th they started to film the pieces with wrestlers sharing their love for the man. Remember, they're not on the road doing house shows, so Monday was probably the first time after he passed, where they had the roster together. Considering AEW was his promotion at the time, to me it was up to them to do the full on tribute show to him (and they did a great job with it).

Jon Huber's wife Amanda wrote the following post in an Instagram story regarding the "divide" between WWE and AEW fans: “So many people expect myself and my family to hate on wwe. The fact is, we don’t. We never have. My husband absolutely got frustrated because he wanted more than they had envisioned for him. That didn’t mean he hated them. The frustration didn’t change the real & genuine love that our family has for pro wrestling. WWE gave my husband a platform. It enabled him to live his dream. A dream he *almost* gave up on. He was able to travel the world, in his dream job. He got to entertain millions of people. He got to build a beautiful life for our family. He held singles gold there. He won a belt at WrestleMania! He ticked so many 'Dream Life' boxes there. He just happened to want a little more out of his career. That’s why he left. Not out of hate. Not because they’re an evil company. He left because his vision didn’t match theirs. The most incredible thing he took away from his time in WWE was the people. The people he carried with him until his very last days. It wasn’t one company vs another. Little Brodie loves wrestling. We still watch wrestling every week. We would tune in to see “Uncle Boom-Boom” @wwecesaro and family best friend @wwebige people that transcended the lines of friendship into family. People in the WWE watched my kids grow up. They loved my husband so much they welcomed my family into their arms. They became my family too. The flood of love I’ve received from the WWE is real and it’s beautiful. In my husbands final moments, the people that surrounded my family were wrestlers. Companies didn’t matter. Please, I beg you. Stop trying to create a divide in wrestling. Support pro wrestling. Love pro wrestling. Live your life like Brodie. In a way that people speak like this.”
