So since I got a PS3 I decided to get 08: The show and the differences are night and day. Much better graphics, create-a-player, etc. Pretty much it's ages better than the PS2 version (although the PS2 version has Home Run Derby and King of the Diamond modes and the ps3 does not.)
I would like to at least see Home Run Derby on 09: The Show for PS3.

It would also be nice if you could call up more rosters on September 1st like real baseball

MLB: The Show is a great game, but I have a 360 so I can't get it. I really wish EA was able to make MVP games because the 2K baseball games suck.

My copy of the game freezes up at the start menu ever since I downloaded the update. If I want to play, I have to disconnect from PSN to do it. All I want to do is download the current rosters!

^Didn't see anything about mascots on that site. Doesn't matter I could care less if Sony puts in mascots or not. It has nothing to do with the gameplay.

aah it was in the forums. Cool that someone from Sony is actually a member there. Yeah I should have said it was in there. He posts every now and then giving us some tidbits and seeing what additions we would like. So far from his hints through PM's I'm expecting: Dynamic lighting, argue calls and rain delays as well as some fixed batting stances and swings. Hopefully we'll hear official news within the next month or two. |
