We have to free MMA events on Saturday in Primetime:
UFC 86: Jackson vs. Griffin
and:
Elite XC: Slice vs.Shamrock (or Slice KO's Shamrock in :30)
So as the topic states, what are you watching Saturday Night? Me, I'll be watching UFC 86 and I'll DVR Slice/Shamrock.

I already saw UFC 86 when it took place on ppv. The gf and I will be watching Elite XC, just because it's a new live event.

Damn it, well back to seal hunting I go.  I'll be watching the EXC show but will be tuning in to see the GSP Fitch fight again. I loved that fight, it made me respect Fitch that much more. |

The Fitch/GSP fight made you respect Fitch? How? GSP made a guy who was supposed to give St. Pierre some serious problems in every aspect of the game look very silly. I mean it was a good fight but how people picked Fitch in that fight I will never understand.
I am conflicted though because UFC 86 was a great event...but I want to see Arlovski and the final nail in the coffin of Ken Shamrock. So I think I will have to tune into EliteXC

EliteXC, only for Lawler/Villasenior and Arlovksi/Nelson, though. Lawler vs. Villasenor isn't on this show, it's in (I think) November on Showtime. I'll be watching EliteXC since I will be there at ringside. But even if I wasn't going to be there, I'd watch it on CBS because I already saw UFC. For the person who asked when the show airs on CBS, the broadcast is scheduled for 9-11 p.m. ET, BUT... they have five fights scheduled for a two-hour broadcast. If you're recording the show, I highly suggest adding at LEAST an extra hour to the recording. |

If you even listen to the audience near the end of the fight everyone was applauding Fitch for his relentless efforts. Fitch was suppose to give GSP problems in striking? Hm...didn't seem to. |
