I believe they were slated for a match at SummerSlam last year but they bailed out after the Benoit and steroids controversies.

A lot sponsors, and the Jackass guys pulled ad/appearances because they didn't want their name attached to wrestling in general with all of the media swarm and controversy over the Benoit double murder/suicide. |

yeah the jackasses didnt wanna associate themselves w/ WWE so soon after the Benoit thing.
I was soo pumped for their summerslam match too.
