Hey,
I was going through some of my old W.W.F. magazines and came across a few old-school announcers/interviewers and I've always wondered what ever became of them.
1. Stephanie Wiand - She wasn't that good looking at all and wasn't that good of an interviewer. I guess that would explain why she didn't last long. I wonder what she's been up to since...
2. Charlie Minn - The former announcer for, I believe, Action Zone or was it W.W.F. Mania?? I can't really remember which, but I do know he did not last long either and was sent packing.
3. Rue DeBona - Now she was friggin' hot or at least I thought so anyway. I forget which show she was the announcer/interviewer for, but she didn't last long either. I have no idea what she's been doing since leaving the WWE.
4. Steve Romero - I believe he was the host of HeAt a while back. I don't think he was that bad. I mean, I'm pretty sure Mike Adamle is worse. Where Steve Romero disappeared to, I have no idea...
5. Craig DeGeorge - Way back in the early 80's I really enjoyed Craig DeGeorge. He was a good on-air personality. I'd like to know what he's been up to for all these years since leaving wrestling behind.
6. Sean Mooney - Man, the combo of Mooney & Lord Alfred Hayes is legendary. They were hilarious together. Listening to them on the old Coliseum Video tapes is great. Again, I'd love to know what Sean Mooney has been up to all these years...
7. Bonnie Blackstone - I barely remember her, but from what I do remember, she was a blonde and reminded me of former ring announcer Mike McGuirk. Anyone know what became of 'ol Bonnie??
I'm sure there are others I am forgetting about. But, does anyone know what ever became of all these former announcers??
