What has been your favorite sports game this gen so far? (360/PS3?Wii). For me I would say NHL 09. If not for NFL 2K5, I'd maybe call this my favorite sports game ever. The gameplay is just so amazing, and there are a lot of things to do with it. I would also give props to Madden this year, but I do not think it's on the level of NHL yet.

If we're going to include all sports, even those of the "extreme" kind, I'd have to say Skate. Absolutely phenomenal game that revolutionized the genre.
If we're just going with just traditional sports games, as much as it pains me to say it, Madden '09. I generally hate the series, but they did a really nice job this year. NBA 2K8 comes in a close second for me.

I would have to say Ncaa09 as well. The gameplay feels musch faster than madden and I likethat.
