In the Chronicle Batman book I believe they say they are purple, and I have seen another comics history book that says the original printing had the gloves an off shade of purple. As bad as they look at least he had the cowl instead of being Zorro-Bat like Kane wanted.

Just bought DCUC All Stars Batman off Amazon. Not really collecting DCUC anymore, but I'm kind of a Batman whore and the figure looks sweet! I bought two of them yesterday too. They should be arriving in Monday. I can't wait! |

PJ, just wondering how flexible the cape is on the Batman figure? The DCUC versions released prior were very stiff and I'm hoping the cape on this Batman is more rubbery.

It's softer that the dcuc series 1 & Legacy 1st appearance figures capes.

Can anyone tell me has the DCUC Clark Kent body ever been used as a white suit for anyone?
As I'd like to make a President Luthor custom figure in a white suit, ideally without having to paint the whole thing

I can see having online exclusives, but having to pay for a subscription is stupid. |

To me the subscription is a waste, because I don't want half the figures offered. Of the all the figures we know about for last years & this years I just wanted Jay (missed), Mirror Master (got), Poison Ivy & Blackmask. So buying two years worth of subscriptions is a total waste.

The people in favor of subscriptions always say, "sell what you don't want on eBay.". That always sounded like a hassle to me.
I'd rather pay a little extra through spamS, which is what I did a few times with MOTUC figures when I forgot about sale day or was away from the internet.

You don't need to subscribe anyway...I went on Mattycollector a few times during the day Mirror Master went on sale and the figure was in stock.
Just keep track of when the Matty onsale days are and you'll be fine.
