I'm not sure how long they have been there, or if this is even news, but Mattel Shop has DC Universe All stars up for 14.99. Batman, Superman, Red Robin and Superboy Prime.

They're making Black Mask? Is he part of the DCU All Stars or Batman Legacy? And are there any pics yet?

Damn, I didn't even know about it and it's already sold out. It looks okay, I'll have to get it somehow because I need more Batman villains, but from the looks of it his body is just a repaint of the Two-Face body. Pretty lame of them to force this stupid subscription on us and not even give the figures entirely new and different molds, and to top it all off, he doesn't even have a hand gun.

From what I read not Target or WalMart they both passed on the new line. I was just about to ask if anyone has seen these at retail yet and with those 2 big chains passing I guess this line will just be offered online? Maybe K-Mart will pick it up?

Matty.com will have all 4 DCU All-Stars for sale on 10-15. Not sure what they will go for on there?

They're priced at $14.99 each. That's a good price IMO.

Oh I knew all about it...Here was my day on Monday -
I had the DCUC Poison Ivy in my cart at Matty at 12:01 Monday only to get stuck in the "We're sorry we are experiencing high volume traffic" 5 second page refresh loop for 20 minutes and by the time it sent me to the check out screen she was sold out. It was the one figure from the subscription that was a must have for me as a Batman fan and I've looked forward for it for a year only to get screwed over by Matty. So as we know I have my whole not buy on the secondary market rule...so I won't have her in my collection now.
So I sent them an email voicing my displeasure about their site and received this -
Thank you for contacting the MattyCollector.com online store.
We understand that you were trying to place an order for the Poison Ivy item but was not able to do so.
Please be informed that items on sale are limited in stock. Since the item is limited, purchases are on a first come, first serve basis. Unfortunately the said item is already sold out and will no longer be available for purchase.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
So I replied with this -
I know it is first come first serve...I had the item in my cart at 12:02. That's 2 minutes after it went on sale yet I couldn't get the checkout page to open until 12:25. You had me stuck looping in the "5 second we are experiencing high volume page" for 20 minutes. If I was able to get onto the site and put the item in my cart within the first 2 minutes then I should have been able to finish my purchase without being put into the high volume page. Especially when I heard from people who logged on after me and got to finish their order before mine was finished. First come first serve means that people who were on first and whose transactions you've already started should be finished before you fill orders for people that came online after...and not thrown into a high volume holding pen. You have had this site for two or three years now and you still haven't corrected this problem.
Still haven't heard back from them since.

I'm not sure what you are expecting to hear back. I once spent half an hour in the white waiting room of death trying to buy Plastic Man. Also regarding your rule do you not buy on the secondary market even if the item is cheaper/equal in price on the secondary market compared to the original cost.

Kinda sad. Just sold my DCUC Collection on eBay yesterday, but it was time to move on. Decided to just keep Bane and Riddler.
I have Catman, Sinestro Scarecrow & Creeper still available. Just wanna get rid of them, so I'd let them go for $25 if anyone is interested.

It was just time. I have a wedding coming up soon and I had to narrow down what I wanted to keep collecting and WWE Mattel has the number one spot.
As I said, I kept Riddler and Bane as they are my two favorites.

I will never understand why Poison Ivy was never released in a retail wave while crap like Golden Pharoah, Cyclotron, Desaad and even Negative Man were. I dont believe for a second that Super Powers figures that only appeal to a small number of collectors would outsell a famous Bat-villain.
