That guitar is pretty cool. It would be nice if TNA actually mailed out webstore orders though. 2 weeks now I've been waiting.  |

They have beyond terrible customer service. I've been waiting over 2 weeks now for my order to just be shipped.
Filled out the online contact form......no response
Sent an email.......no response
Called the TNA office......no response in marketing/merchandise so I left a voicemail
No response the next day so I file a dispute on Paypal
This guy Adam calls me back from TNA 2 days after I called. Goes to check my order comes back and he hangs up. I call back not even a minute later and he doesn't answer once again so I leave ANOTHER voicemail.
Here it is like 4-5 days later and still no call back.
I gave up and turned the dispute into a claim against them on Paypal. I hope to get my money back and I'm also thinking of starting a case with BBB against them for mail fraud. They have until the 20th to respond and nothing so far.
Oh and by the way I checked the BBB site and they've had 8 cases filed against them. They have a terrible rating on there as well.

That has nothing to do with them "never shipping orders" though. I've ordered from TNA 8-9 times in the past two years and have gotten every order. It's just "bad customer service" but once again - I've yet to have a problem with tat.
