I just went and met Bret Hart for his book signing. There was about 300 people there, i was 10th in line. I went there with His book and my 2 replica Belts. Everyone there kept telling me he will not sign replica belts or action figures....I was like ok thats fine, worst that can happen is he will say no. Then the guy running the library where he was at, right before signing. Said again Bret Hart will not be signing belts or figuers. He then looks at me and says, i would go put them in your car cuz i don't want you to be embarreseed. LOL I was like im not going to be embarreseed if he says no. He was like ok, well he is not signing them. So Bret comes up, it is my turn to meet him. I tell him what an honor it is to meet him. He says thanks, he tells me he loves my shirt. Says he has seen a lot of different shirts on this tour, but never this one. Says he likes it the best. After he signs my book, i ask Bret do you mind signing my title belts. He says sure, thats no problem and signs both of them. HA Screw those people telling me its not going to happen! Well here is the picture, the guy took it bad tho! Its blury!!

That's awesome. I highly suggest downloading Opie and Anthony's show from Friday. He stopped in and talked for a long time about a lot of tough subjects. It was a very interesting listen. I really want to get that book.

I had a similar experience in 2004 when I met Cena. They said he was only signing one item per person and no pictures. I went up there with a hat and a shirt. He signed both, and we took a picture.

I find it odd the sign says the library is the focal point when the guy was out of focus.

same thing happened to me at the signing here last december. Security guys were going around saying NO PICTURES PUT YOUR CAMERAS AWAY AND ONLY THE BOOK CAN BE SIGNED WITH PROOF PURCHASE. Bret ended up signing anything and taking tons of pictures.

The book is awesome. My favorite wrestling book. I've read Shawn's, Flair's foleys and Hogans. And Bret's the best by far

Bret's book is easily the best wrestling book ever put out. My mother met Bret Hart back in 94, saw him eating at a Denny's in Syracuse, New York. Bret was always my hero and my favorite wrestler, so she decided to approach him after his meal. I still have the autograph and she always told me how nice he was and how happy he was to sign the autograph for her. As a seven year old kid at the time, that made a huge ing impact on me. Bret became a lifelong hero at that point. Nice to see the guy hasn't changed at all!
