Between Samoa Joe and AJ Styles? Right now, I would probably say AJ Styles, and I think TNA thinks the same. I'm pretty sure TNA originally was going to have Sting put over Joe at BFG. However, Joe has been losing steam recently, so a change was needed. And I feel like Styles has really been picking up steam as of late, and has overall been better than Joe. It's been hard to get behind Joe recently as a face with all the whining he is portrayed to do. But Styles has been booked pretty well, although I still think he should have won at BFG. But anyway, I can see Styles now being higher than Joe on the pecking order. How about everyone else?

They messed up Joe's run. So now he's going to be better suited as a heel. It's AJ's time to shine. I think they've done a good job of kind of rebuilding him and helping him become a better personality and not just a great wrestler. I'd like to see a mega heel Joe (after some time off) just rip through everyone and become unstoppable again. Then do a slow build to have AJ face him and take the belt. Only after a long chase though.

Joe needs repackaging, he has grown stale in the eyes of some, and AJ is now more over than he is, so it's for the best they turn Joe heel and push Styles more.

I would love to see when this "New Guys vs. Vets" then is over Joe turns back into that dangerous "killer" type wrestler where everyone fears him then he gets the strap back and feuds with AJ Styles doing well - AJ Styles. Then we can have A.) Great matches, B.) Great promos, C.) Great Story = Great shows.

If they have AJ get the belt, is he going to have a run or will it be another run being where he's holding it for somebody else? Other than the tag title, it seems like he's always holding a belt for someone else.

AJ and Joe are two of my favorites in TNA but I always felt AJ is more of the poster boy for TNA than Joe is. Joe was very over in 2004-2007 imo. He lost his steam when he kept losing to Angle and then looked like Nash's bitch. AJ Styles has been booked pretty good although I hate how the writers act like Christian made AJ Styles  ... Anyway AJ has been looking alot better latley and imo is the better wrestler and gets more of an ovation so I think AJ will be getting the top spot and finally the title. AJ Styles is the poster boy for TNA, even though he hasn't had the title since 2005, he is the face of the company. |

I at least hope it is Styles. I think both men are extremely talented, but I am a bigger AJ Styles fan than Joe. Styles can put on a show in the ring.

Joe sucks as a face to be honest, he was better as a heel playing this " Unstoppable Force " type of wrestler, he suited it so well, loved his fued with most of the X-Division and him having that towel covered in Christopher Daniels blood all over it.
