Ok I know what you're thinking. It was Owen Hart you dumbass. I know Owen was the Blue Blazer and Jeff Jarrett also dressed as him at points to try to throw us off that Owen wasn't the Blue Blazer. But I just watched an old episode of RAW and Owen, Jeff, & the Blue Blazer are attacking someone in the ring. So my question is, Who was the 3rd person that sometimes dressed up as the Blue Blazer??

The gimmick was seen by many as punishment for Owen refusing the love-triangle storyline proposal but Owen and Jeff made it work in such a comical fashion that it was turning both of them face in the process. To prove that Owen was not the Blazer, he showed up besides the Blue Blazer, figuring that’d put an end to it, until someone asked where Jeff Jarrett was (he was under the mask). In a later attempt to prove that neither Owen nor Jeff was the Blazer, they both appeared next to a man in the Blue Blazer mask; however, it was obvious that a black man was under the mask (Owen’s former partner Koko B. Ware wore the Blazer mask that night).

It wasn't a punishment at all he was directly quoting wikipedia. and although it is not known as fact that it was punishment, it was believed to be so and highly rumoured.

Wiki is reliable on that quote... and in all realty are a good 90% of the time...
Though I don't know if it actually was punishment, it was reported as such even when it happened, though that may have been speculation.

At the same time, it was a throw away feud so even if it wasn't punishment it certainly didn't help.
