So don't come on here saying "Don't deal with this man" when people have had fine transactions with him.

If my orders come fine I don't care that he "ripped" you off - it won't change me ordering from him just because your order might've got lost in the mail.

I will address this quickly. First off, Slambamjam is a great website, especially if you are looking for Lucha.

This gentleman is correct, I have owed him DVDs since July. He did not purchase them, it was actually in a trade. In another thread, he posted the e-mail but edited it to make it look like a purchase.

This is getting really ridiculous.. We've had a trade going for over 2 months.. Last I heard from you, my discs were supposed to be going out 2 weeks ago, yet I still have nothing.. seriously, what's going on? Our deal was:

Why is this important. I will tell you why. This person is the scum of the earth. We did in fact set up this trade on 7.15.2008. I am a member of a website that deals with tape trading and shilling. I don't want to list it out in the open, but a lot of people know what it is. This person was suspended from that message board after our deal was made for a minor infraction.

His suspension was for three days. Most people take suspensions like men, but instead he turns around and Rats out the entire message board to smart mark video including naming a few people that I consider good friends. He CC'ed that e-mail to the moderator of the message board so I will include that as well.

Ok, to continue, he rats out the board and gets banned permanently because of it. The worst part about it all is that he was one of the Biggest sellers of Smart Mark Video footage

If you look at the original e-mail, it was a trade. He sent me Smart Mark Video owned footage At the same time, he also had a large purchase with me for about $60. I shipped those DVDs, because he paid for them and I do not steal money from anyone. However, I will not sit idly by as he throws my friend under the bus and acts like a hypocritical a$$. I will not let him profit off of SMV owned footage, and that is why I did not, nor will I ever, send him his discs.

I have been in business for over five years now and I have always delivered on DVD's that were purchased. This is a very special situation involving some personal issues and I am sorry this is being dragged into a public forum. Oh and for the record, I do not sell SMV footage. I have it on my other list as a means of organization, but I do not offer it for sale.
