I was at the first game you showed there. I will never forget it. I had just bought a new top and got Pressley printed on the back. When Kirk scored the first the guy behind me jumped up and his pie landed on my back. Needless to say he wiped it off. But it was a brilliant game with loads of bragging rights afterwards. If only we were that good now. :/

I reckon this should be changed to best football game you've been too/watched as not everyone has been to derbies
I basically havent been to any derbies except... a friend between Tranmere and Liverpool before this season was a fair game Liverpool won 1-0 no epic but nb

As far as derbies go, not that many. I went to Palace V Brighton Away when we lost 5-0, pretty mad atmosphere after the game, people's cars on fire and stuff. Guess you can't really call Brighton V Southampton a derby tbh.
Done a few heated fixtures too, that aren't local derbies as such, but there's a pretty big rivalry going with them, Brighton V Leyton Orient Home and Away, Brighton V Gillingham since we used to ground share with them, could put Chelsea V Liverpool in there I suppose, that's become pretty big in the last few years.

I've been to two Hibs/Hearts matches. One in the Hibs end, and one in the Hearts end. Both great atmospheres. I think I went to the 2000/2001 game at Easter Road and the 2002/2003 game at Tynecastle. As I don't really follow a scottish team, I bought a shirt at the ground shops. Great games. Best I went to in Scotland
I've also been to see Livingston Vs Dunfermline at East End Park in the Away End, and Hibs/Aberdeen at Easter Road where I met Alan Davies (he was the protagonist Jonathan Creek in the TV Show of the same name. He was there to see Hibs.)

Celtic vs Rangers is the best derby I have been to I have 7 Old Firm Derbys under my belt and none of them dissapointed-Im fortunate enough to have only been at one where Rangers won,one draw and 5 Celtic victories. my cousins brought me to a West Ham v Chelsea game at Upton a couple of years back that was pretty hot too. great thread BTW.
