Has there ever been talks of them having a fight after Coleman backed out of the fight on UFC 87? I remember being pretty excited when the fight was announced.

Not really. After Lesnar beat Herring, he pretty much moved himself out of Coleman's grasp.

Speaking of which, is Coleman moving down to LHW to take on Rua, or is Rua moving up? Or are they just going to meet at a catch weight?
In any case, it'd take a number of things to put Lesnar in Coleman back on similar tracks that could put them against one another. Coleman would probably have to beat Rua (or have a convincing performance that shows he's still got it), and Lesnar would have to lose to Couture.

Coleman is moving down to LHW to fight Shogun.
I think the lower weight & the UFC rules are going to favour him & if the same Shogun who lost to Forrest turns up Coleman could get the win.
The Lesnar/ Coleman fight now isn't a factor as different weight classes & Lesnar with the title shot in a few weeks has been placed in the upper echelon. If he loses to Couture (And I think he will) he'll still be a rookie losing to a legend & lose no reputation & no doubt face the loser of Nog/Mir

Hopefully Rua improved his cardio, if not, I'm giving the fight to Coleman. Although I'd love to see Coleman/Lesnar simply on the fact they're both Wrestling God's. (Amature Wrestling Gods...)

Well that's pretty disappointing. I was looking forward to seeing them fight.

Either Coleman would have to move up to HW again and Lesnar would probably have to lose a fight or two even for UFC to push that fight. It would be an interesting fight though.
