It's okay but it's certainly not your best custom. I do like the skintone and how smooth the skintone painting looks. The painted hair braids look good but for whatever reason, the eyes look funny. The way you painted them, they kind of look like their bulging out of his head. His lower body painting is where the problem starts, as well as lower arm painting. The legs, boots and lower arms are sloppy, except for the boots. The lines on the pants could be more straight and I can also see paint brush strokes on the pants. Painting on the arm bands could use another coat like I said before. The lines are once again sloppy. The lettering is good though. Take your time in the future. It looks like you wanted to hurry up and get this custom finished but you decided not to take the time and add extra coats of paint.

I know, the eyes looks horrible. I tried to make the eyes original, but i failed.

I'm really impressed with the effort put into this one. There are some minor things that could be done to help the eyes, one of which would be adding eye brows. I would also tighten the skin up around the eyes themselves so it reduces the white of the eye. Otherwise the eye looks to be painted well. Maybe add a little thin line of black on the top side of the white to mimic lashes.
The hair painting looks good from what I can tell and overall the skintone looks great. Also tighten up the skin tone on the mouth area, he's got some white where it should be lip or skintone.
The paint job on the wrist bands and the tights isn't amazing, but its decent and I've seen other people do far worse paint jobs on this board. Overall this is not the best custom, but it is a good learning experience and the more you do the better you'll get. Hell I'm not perfect either, very few on this board are. Keep it up and you'll only get better and better with each one.
