I have never been in the Impact zone so I can't say for sure, but the new arena setup looks like shit. It looked really, really cool last week but this week it looked ridiculous for whatever reason. There is no audience on the other side of the arena, nor is there an audience behind the ring.
Why wouldn't they set it up so that they just took out the other entrance and put fans where it used to be? I've read reports saying that they reject almost 1,000 fans every time they tape, so why are they putting on this crappy illusion when they can make it so much better...?

There are fans infront of the hard camera/to the right of the hard cameraa. You just can't seem them.

In front of the cameras there is 1-2 rows of chairs and then room for wheelchairs. Then to the right of the ring 4-5 rows of chairs THEN a set bleechers  (jlmodel photography) See? No, it's not huge amounts of seating. But, I think it went from 1,000 seats to 1,5000. |

Since we're on that subject, I hate how TNA is catering everything for HD. Half of the stuff, like promos, or music vids, the sides get cut off.

I love the new arena, I think it looks great.
Also, I also have an issue with my text during videos getting cut off.

I have a 23 Inch flat screen HD TV. I don't have the HD cable box though.

I don't have a HD cable box either - yeah.. I have an HD tv but no HD - don't judge me lol. Yes, it goes all around the ring besides where the stage is and a little peice where the fans enter.

My sides are fine.. Mostly text gets cut off, maybe it's my TV. No, it's not just your TV, I noticed that too on Thursday. When they played the highlight video before the show ended, the song name was cut off and there were only a few letters. Anyways, so far, I really like the new stage. It gives the iMPACT Zone a big time feel. I've been way more impressed with TNA's HD stage than WWE's. |

The old one had a certain "we're trying to look bigger than we are" quality to it. The new one fits more naturally with its size, but still does a good job of making the place look really packed.
