The DA figure is really good, I must say. The logos were painted with metallic paint and overall it's just a really well done figure. However, I only collect RA and had to create one of my major wants since I doubt Jakks will. First here are some comparison photos of his previous CS RA and the DA one: As you can easily see the DA wipes the floor with the CS14 figure. My TRU still has CS14 right alongside the DA, actually. I wasn't aware inside the CS14 figure was this logo: And here is what I came up with at first: It's TT3 Edge, minus the tat. I switched the head and arms with the DA, put on the TT3 Edge gloves. Here is the final result: I took the IE Batista cloth tape, wrapped it around his waist to both hide the chiseled torso and create the look of his abdominal tape, and slapped on the CS14 vest. I know this vest isn't entirely accurate with the time frame (97/98) I'm going for, but he wore stuff very similar so it doesn't bother me at all. Here's one last shot of all my DDPs. I can't find the Toybiz one anymore. It's in the crowd in these pics. Thanks for reading!

Too bad you had to sacrifice those great DA pants. If I were you I'd get ABCustoms to make you a RA version of the DA Page.

Looks pretty good! That helps me a lot too because I wasn't sure which body to use for my DDP fix-up. I didn't want to use the Edge body because it's too ripped but the bandages hide it nicely.

Really liking the jeans fixup. I did some part swaps with CSDA & the regular CS fig that I'm satisfied with. But your's looks awesome as well. Thanks for the pics.

I love the attempt at a 1997-98 DDP fix up, and I never before realized how poor the CS14 figure is with its bland tattoos. I've long put off buying this figure (CS14 DDP, I mean), and I doubt I will ever get it now unless I'm able to find a really good deal on one.
I'm not much of a customizer so I'll leave my CSDA Page the way it is, but it's nice to see that one of your major wants has finally been met thanks to the CSDA parts. Thanks for sharing the pics of your new creation, and the abdominal tape is a really nice touch, in my opinion.

Great fixup. I did the head swap with mine too (only reason I bought the DA) a while back but I've never done arms before. But after seeing how good it looks on yours, I might give it a shot.

Wow i had no idea of this! CS14 looks horrible by comparison in terms of tats. Cant believe how bad it is, great fixup though.
