Gerweck.net; pwr.com - Bobby Lashley has not done any interviews since his release from WWE which could mean that he may have agreed to a deal with WWE that neither side would talk badly about one another. According to Dave Meltzer, the company will continue to pay on his contract until late May in which he will be free to go wherever he wants (including TNA). According to Meltzer, TNA is Lashley’s most likely option over MMA as Booker T and Kurt Angle have been pushing for the company to bring him in.  |

Would it be awesome to se ehim there - No.
Could I deal with it - Sure.
As long as he doesn't get a mega push & noone come back with the bull crapof "every former WWE guy gets a huge push". One word, one letter - Booker T.

This sucks, I was so happy he left the 'E, now I have to watch him in TNA possibly even win the world title. Hopefully this isn't true though, because this will seriously turn me away from TNA alone.

Why would he win the world title? Because he was a huge star in the WWE, well almost anyways. He sold pretty good merch. was probably going to end up winning the WWE title or World title, why wouldn't they? It's just that I hate Lashley, he can't talk on the mic, he is boring, he has no personality, I never watched RAW when he was on unless it was very interesting, thats how much I dislike Lashley, or as I call him Black Lesnar. |

Hes a tremendous athlete. Built like Batista but agile and has amateur wrestling skill. And if given someone like Cornette as his mouth piece, it could work. He would make a nice, monster corporate heel.

Bobby Lashley vs Abyss
Bobby Lashley vs Sting
Bobby Lashley vs Christian
Those are all matches I would love to see, and the first three could legitimately tear the house down.

I don't think he'd be a good Main Eventer i think if he stuck around the Upper Midcard (Like Booker T) and TNA eventually built him into an ass kicking machine then i think he could Main Event.
Also heres hoping Lashley brings in more of those casual fans that TNA needs.

If they do bring him in, he needs repackaged...Give him a mean, no talking role...give him a mohawk and a goatee OR
Team him up with elix skpper and let them cut bad ass promos all night long...

Honestly, I wouldn't mind Lashley if they kept him off the mic. Don't know if they should bring in his girlfriend (Kristal Marshall) to be the mouthpiece while Lashley doesn't say anything at all. They need somebody to fill that role and do it the right way.
