i have spent alot of time on the lines.....used a tooth pick after brushing to make all the lines as straight as i could.Six thin coats of white , sculpted the mask , hardened it in boiling water ,used a kurt angle unleashed havok figure (i think that was the name of the series , the dollar store ones) so this figure comes up about 2 inches short to the standard ra figure.MOC image to follow , my printer needs ink carts. so i have to wait till tomorrow to make the carding im doing front and back of the carding with full bio this time.I have scanned both sides of the classic packaging and stripped them down to a clean slate i will update asap. leave me know what you think , as this is IMO my best custom so far. refrence picture

looks alright
the lines are kinda sloppy , the mask is a little too round also.
the scale is small so i give that to you so its sorda accurate.itd been pretty cool isf you had modded his body to make it look more like a midgit

A Havoc Unleashed figure eh? Looks good from what you used. The painting is a bit sloppy though. Maybe some smoothing to make it look not so ripped. All in all, I like it.

That makes sense since Mascarita and Max Mini are the same guy.

I think you did a great job. A few minor things to touch up like the rest have stated, but all in all a great rendition..

Some really nice work there mate, never seen a custom of his before. i got this exact idea from skrible.I was searching for images of max mini and found him (i was going to make a max mini out of a modded hasbro)and among the pictures i ended up finding a picture of skribles custom he made and i liked the idea , he made one and had it on ebay awhile ago....im going to take a few pictures in day light today and post them....i think this figure looks better than pictured for some reason , i think the flash distorted the lines....maybe i should start photo shopping my customs but thanks for all the comments everyone

That's great! I really like him. He might be in scale with the larger Lucha figures. I'm actually working on one right now using those little Madame Alexander dolls from McDonald's Happy Meals. So I could get the chunkiness of Mascarita. I think your custom is really neat, because depending on who you put him with he could be either Mascara or Mascarita. You could probably make a sweet DA Mascara and put them side by side! I'd like to see you make a Cuije now! Great job!

The mask looks a bit flat in the front, but looks great otherwise. Interesting use of those dollar store figs - glad to know they're good for something! Great job!

If you use tape to mask off your lines, they'll come out more straight. Very good idea, I remember skribbel doing this. It's something different, for sure.
