- A lot of people in TNA, including Jeff Jarrett, wants to move TNA's iMPACT to Monday nights to compete with WWE's RAW. If Spike TV were to go with this idea, TNA would air iMPACT live every other Monday night, head-to-head with RAW. They would likely stick with the current taping format by holding tapings for the bi-weekly pre-taped shows on Tuesday nights.
Jeff Jarrett is said to be big on the idea of bringing back the buzz that was the Monday Night Wars and having TNA compete with RAW. While some are in support of this move, there are also a lot of people in the company who want to see iMPACT stay where it is at, for now.

I didn't see this posted and thought it was some good news.

I'd like to see another MNW, tbh. Would I watch TNA? Probably not, but I'd like to see it happen.

hmmm. Well, I'd love to see two wrestling shows on Monday nights again. And as much as tna would probably get their butts whooped, it could be a good move for generating that buzz again. At the rate of things, I'm not sure there is ever gonna be a good/bad time to compete with WWE head to head as TNA seems pretty stuck around 1.1 ratings, so I say, what the hell why not! On the other hand, it could mean a drop in ratings and TNA would have to get that hook for fans to matke the switch...something they have not been good at doing..."who's angle gona choose...find out next week...zzzzzz'
PERSONALLY I WISHED THEY'D SWITCH TO Wednesday nights casue there's absolutely nothing on TV. Monday's is full of wrestling football, HEROES:)

Man... it wouldn't even be a war... it would be a WWE Slaughter. TNA is not anywhere close to being EVEN CLOSE to competition for the WWE... It would not be a re-enactment of the Monday Night War but rather the last dumb move by TNA...

TNA gets a 1.2 on a good day, and Raw gets, what, a 3.6 on average? Yeah that sounds like a good idea. Something tells me the execs at Spike have more sense than the people running TNA, I don't see this happening anytime soon.

This is stupid in an era where DVRs and Tivos exist.
Maybe for people with a standard VCR or no recording devices and a need to watch some 'rasslin, this is must see TV.
But for me... it's just filler on my DVR.

Would like it here, though WWE would kill them.

It would be one of the stupidest decisions in wrestling history. Keep it on Thursdays until the show gains more viewers.

I'm for it. Just for the fact that BOTH the WWE and TNA would have to improve their shows. Because then we would have the option to say "I wonder what is on ___" and switch over to see.

Its nice of you to leave out the part where SpikeTV said they are NOT intrested in moving iMPACT to Monday. I didn't edit this at all. This is how wrestling-edge had it posted and how I copied it. ---- I think it TNA wanted to go head to head with WWE, it should be on Tuesday nights.

Probably watch MNF on a different tv, while DVRing the 2 shows.

i really don't think they're ready for direct competition like a new monday night battle, and i think they're asking for defeat.
