Yep, it's the Bad Blood figure. It was released back when TTL was phased out already and when they used to mix TTL with RA in PPV sets.

That is pretty good. It's refreshing seeing older figs as new pickups. Kinda nostalgic

Nice receiving. There were a lot of really good street gear TTL Austin's towards the end of the TTL era, although this particular one could use larger arms and darker toned legs. And, yes, a revival of pre-RA Jakks receivings is hopefully catching on.

This figure was also in an Off The Ropes set. Really great Austin, one of my favorite figures of him.

This figure was also in an Off The Ropes set. Really great Austin, one of my favorite figures of him. Ah, that explains it then. The Bad Blood one had pretty dark shorts. The OTR figure had lighter shorts like the figure pictured did. Looks like it may be the OTR5 figure then.
