Killer Khan, Texas Tornado and Macho Man Hasbro heads resized. Khan and Tornado are very rough (Khan's head and Kerry's hair) Mach needs a little chin work, but is basically perfect. Well, I managed to get the heads sized! I *could* use these for only my own projects, but I'd like to make them available for purchase so others can use them too. Once I fix what needs to be fixed, I will remold and then cast the new heads. Be watching! Warsman

you would have a customer in me for sure with the macho man head and a texas tornado as well....these would use the same function of the dual ball connector to affix to the jakks bodies and the heads? That would be a must if i were to purchase these...and what kind of material will they be cast in?.....Why did we have ada make a savage head when you have skills like this!I think they all look great! any chance you could give a tutorial on making these?

These are dozens od tutorials out there for molding and casting. There are even a few helpful tutorials for using Hydrospan and Hydroshrink. (Look for them, ya lazy bastiches! ;D) But for me the most helpful thing is just experimenting away! Good 'ol trial and error. As for being exactly like a Jakks head, no--it's not, they are made from different material, these are hard like the torsos and hips, not soft like Jakks heads, arms, and legs, so you can't make them identical to a Jakks barbell ball jointed head. You can use a barbell, but I had to put a ring of epoxy resin around the barbell, and a dab of it up in the head--and them smoosh the head on the neck/ball joint. Once it hardened, it doesn't fall off, retains most of its movement (unless there is long hair involved, then it's severly limited) and at least twists nicely. Again, more trial and error time I spent with the Dremel. Wars

They look really good. I always liked that Texas Tornado head sculpt, I transplanted the front of the head onto a Jakks head with Jakks hair (looked rubbish) Yours looks really good.

I wouldn't be too rough, just because of the paint job. The plastic resin is VERY sturdy, as hard as the torso, so it won't break or mar (scratch) very easily. Though, as you know, nothing is indestructible! Lastly, if the connection instructions I wrote about above are followed, then the head shouldn't pop off ever. Wars

"I'll probably sell a white resin head for $5." dude count me in...when you get to where your selling these you should provide a list of who you have available...5 bucks for a unpainted head (and shipping, what ever that would come to) is very worth it to me bro...i love your kahn;) i already know theres a few heads there i would gladly purchase from you... - Ben

Do you take custom sculpt orders? These aren't sculpts, I'm enlarging Hasbro heads. But if it's something I have, I might be able to enlarge or shrink it. Wars
