Ace Bennett was drained. He was laying there on his bed reminiscing his experience in the WFDC so far. For the second week in a row he had put on the best match in the WFDC. This time, however, he got his first victory. He took Sam Kineval's finisher and kicked out. His phone rings.
Bennett: Hello?
Monroe: Hey! Congratulations! I knew you could do it all along.
Bennett: Thanks, I couldn't of done it without your help.
Monroe: Nonsense! This was all you. Oh, hey I got a beep. Can you hold on a sec?
Bennett: Yep.
Bennett was overjoyed. He had made his mentor proud. Bennett had learned a lot about Monroe since he became his manager. He had learned that he had years of experience both in and out of the ring. Monroe had the smarts that Bennett would need in order to thrive in the WFWF.
Monroe: Hello? You still there?
Bennett: Yeah.
Monroe: GREAT NEWS! Trace Demon has been watching your matches and along with a bunch of other guys from development, you are getting called up to the main roster.
Bennett: Oh my God! How awesome! Maybe you will be able to get your job back?
Monroe: I don't want that job. I want to teach you to be the star I know you can be.
Bennett: Wait, so you want to be my manager full time?
Monroe: Absolutely! I thought this was a full time gig when you offered. Oh, yeah I got some info on your first match in the big time.
Bennett: Hit me, I'm ready for it.
Monroe: It's a tag match.
Bennett: Oh, who's my partner?
Monroe: Another of the developmental guys who got called up, Sheer Domination.
Bennett: Oh dear God, I think I know who you are talking about. The undefeated one?
Monroe: Yeah him.
Bennett: I'm not too sure about this Danny. This guy is a psychopath. I mean he has some serious anger management issues. I'm not sure I can rely on him to be honest with you.
Monroe: Don't worry Ace, he's undefeated, he must be good if he's undefeated. Plus I think one of his victories was against a former WFWF mainstay.
Bennett: Okay, I hope. Who am I facing?
Monroe: I know you will be familiar with both of these guys.
Bennett: Okay........Who are they?
Monroe: Sam Kineval and Aaron Ashton.
Bennett: Oh no.
Monroe: What?
Bennett: I don't know if I can pull this off another week. I couldn't even pin Ashton when I hit The Wizard on him. Kineval is no pushover either.
Monroe: ACE! Do not doubt yourself! You have more heart than anyone in that match. As a matter of fact, you probably have more than all three of them put together.
Bennett: Okay, I'll try my best, seeing as though its all I have. I guess I'll let you go, I got some thinking to do.
Monroe: You sure you don't want to talk strategy?
Bennett: Maybe tomorrow, I can't right now. I'm too tired.
Monroe: All right kid, bye.
Bennett: Later
For the next three hours, Bennett watched the tapes of his matches with both Aaron Ashton and Sam Kineval. His confidence was at an all time low because it took him all he had to beat Kineval very quickly, and he couldn't even beat Ashton.
"What can I do?"
"Can I put on another high quality match?"
"What if I can't handle the big time?"
Then he watched the tapes of Sheer Domination. Domination had debuted around the same time as Bennett. Bennett was shocked to find that Domination completely squashed all of his opponents, first in a triple threat match, and then against a former WFWF mainstay. Bennett's confidence was quickly rising as he realized the two would make a great team.
"He can wear them down, and I'll finish them off and put them off their guard."
Bennett had a complete game plan of what he was going to do. All he had to do was the execution. And hope to God that it would be enough.

I think it turned out decently enough. All constructive criticism is welcome.
