Yeah, there's a few things UFC is missing out on, such as: 1. A potential Women's division and the possibility of bringing in Gina "Conviction" Carano. If they are going to start a women's championship division, I sure as hell know I'd want Gina to be a part of it!! She's money GUARANTEED. 2. A LIVE weekly show like WWE Monday Night Raw, for example. If UFC could start one up, I don't know how it would go or if it would be like a Fight Night and feature a few fights or whatever. Or would it be just straight-up talking about MMA for like an hour. It would be interesting though. 3. Geez, how many great fighters are out there that aren't a part of the UFC, but should be?? - Fedor - "Ruthless" Robbie Lawler - Andrei "The Pitbull" Arlovski - Scott "Hands of Steel" Smith - Tito Ortiz - Royce Gracie - Renato "Babalu" Sobral - Nick Diaz - Jeremy Horn - Matt "The Law" Lindland - Josh Barnett - David "The Crow" Loiseau - Mirko Cro-Cop If UFC could sign/re-sign, most of those fighters, then they'd be set. Once Fedor is done with Affliction, UFC will scoop him up and sign him for sure. They would be stupid not to, considering the fights we could get out of it, namely Couture/Fedor, Mir/Fedor, Nogueira/Fedor, and of course, Lesnar/Fedor. All would be great fights. I don't want to see half of those guys back/in the UFC to be honest. Re-stocking the HW division with guys like Fedor/AA/Barnett/CC would be terrific and I'd love it. I've had enough of the Tito vs Dana crap. If Tito came back (I hate him, but I wouldn't be against it) I think they should just bury their fued, shut up, and let it go. Tito needs to actually WANT to fight rather than be home humping his slag, and stop doing pointless TV shows. 1 Diaz is enough for me. Scott Smith is a decent fighter at best. He didn't belong in the MW division in the UFC. Lawler would be nothing more than a gatekeeper. Gracie's days are done, let people remember him for his legacy, don't tarnish that. Horn is a good fighter, but he's had several chances and honestly just takes the place of someone up and coming. I think he'd rather teach than seriously fight and compete these days. David Loiseau doesn't belong in the UFC either. Swick pretty much ended his chances at ever being a real threat. I'd like to see the ZUFFA instead add guys like: -Gegard Mousasi -JZ -Josh Thomson -Chris Horodecki -KID -Eddie Alvarez -Shinya Aoki -Jake Shields -Takanori Gomi -Gilbert Melendez -Kazuo Misaki And then the HW's - Fedor, AA, Barnett, CC, Brett Rogers. Beef the division back up. You looooove me.

Id like to see Sakuraba fight for UFC. But I doubt it.
As for people who should come to UFC as permanent roster fighters Id like to see...
KID Gerard Mousasi Jake Shields Takanori Gomi Brett Rogers Andrei Arlovski Fedor Josh Barnett Tim Sylvia(sadly yes I wouldnt mind that) Fabricio Werdum
thats about it... But I am sure there is morew that would fit in UFC...
Oddly there is one thing Id love to see and IDK if anyone else would too.. We all know that Dan Severn has been fighting for smaller promotions. Alot of other legends have ahd recent fights too such as Shamrock Gracie etc. I know none of them will ever be serious contenders again but Id like to see Severn a true legend have a final match were it all started for him. UFC. It would be cool to see him face Shamrock, or Frye again. Just me but Id love to see it!!! Anyone else?? This could possibly be a way for him to retire..

I always preferred UFC's Sport look to the prowrestling OTT spectacle that was Pride. Both put on some quality fights but always liked the UFC's feel over Pride personally.
The changes I'd love to see are a proper ranking system & knees to the head on the floor.

2. A weekly live show like Monday Night Raw 3. -Fedor is unwilling to negotiate legititmately with the UFC, demanding that the entire Red Devil fight team be signed with him. -Robbie Lawler had his run in the UFC and was cut after losing 3 of his last 4 fights with the company to Pete Spratt, Nick Diaz, and Evan Tanner respectively. He was finished in each of the fights, and the UFC let him go. -Arlovski left the UFC last year after a contract dispute. While it would be fantastic to have him back, they don't seem to worried with him. -Scott Smith pulled a 1-3 record in the UFC. He doesn't have the skill to cut it in the big leagues, like it or not. -Tito Ortiz, in my opinion, is more trouble than he is ing worth. Not only that, but in his last 3, he's 0-2-1. Add the fact that he'll want top dollar to the reasons he's not worth it. -Royce Gracie is a rich man's Ken Shamrock. He is a legend, but doesn't have the game to stand up to today's top WWs. St. Pieree, Koscheck, Alves, Sanchez, and many others would send Gracie packing quicker than Hughes did, and no one wants to see a legend get battered. -Babalu was released after he refused to let go of a choke on David Heath, and his release was his punishment. He is a good fighter, but his reckless style leads to alot of losses for him. Being KO'ed by Lambert, in my opinion, put his foot out the door. Holding the choke was just the right excuse to drop him. -Nick Diaz is a fantastic fighter, who actually has 10 fights in the UFC (6-4) but he is better suited in Japan and smaller companies. He's the kinda of guy who would fight for free just to do it, and working for multiple orginizations is the best thing for him, since he'll have more fights. -Jeremy Horn isn't really anything special. He has good Jiu Jitsu and seemingly fights once a week, but his 80-18 record isn't UFC material, not only that, but his 12 UFC fights have earned him a 6-6 record in the cage. -Matt Lindland's past with the UFC is storied. His 9-3 record inside the cage is impressive, but we'll never see him in the Octagon again. -Josh Barnett is a guy I won't say anything about. He is obviously good, but the simple fact that he's been busted for steroids makes me dislike him. The UFC is not for cheaters, and I personally don't want to see him in the cage. -David Loiseau has had 8 UFC fights, and pulled a 5-3 record. His on again, off again performances were sparratic, and after his loss to Mike Swick, fresh off of TUF, was reason enough to cut him. He's another guy that in my opinion can't cut it in the big leagues. -Mirko Cro Cop needs to rattle off a few impressive wins over legit opponents to prove he is still worthy of fighting the best in the world. Lets face it, the Cro Cop we saw in the UFC wasn't the man we watched kill people in PRIDE, and his inability to stay injury free isn't really inviting. Now, on to the weekly show. It would NEVER, EVER work. Fighters are handed 30 day suspensions after each of their fights. The UFC has over 200 guys under contract, but 20 guys a month on PPV and at least 10 a week (five fights) on a weekly show would not work at all.

There was a whole other issue with Barnett and the steroid thing. I won't mention it here, because it's completely off topic, but there were some fishy things going on during that time.
