 I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the buy. I scored it on Ebay last week for just under $20, the card has a little shelf wear, and a bend... but all in all, I'm pleased. After reading through some old threads, and searching google I had to have it, but I got to thinking, are there any Ultimo figures that are just lesser known? I've got three of the Japanese figures (I think they're Toryumon) and two others ordered from a great ebay seller, and the only JAKKS figure I'm interested in was also ordered last week (the Japan exclusive). Any help would be awesome, I also did a little write up on my blog on the CMLL figure if you want to check it out. Thanks for any help! |

he's got a few mexican arena figs in different sizes. he got a plush figure made of him from when he was in WAR. he's got a bunch of mini big head figs.

....I was ready to bid $30.00 for that, and then realised the international post to the U.K was nearly as much as the figure cost so decided not to! Well done on your pick up!

Great pickup.
I got mine for around that price last year, FINALLY completing my collection of that particular set (all six figures, plus the variant Vampiro).
The arena figures of which jlavaia speaks are not official figures, but bootlegs sold outside of the arenas in Mexico. Some are very cool, others not as much. I've seen at least five or six different varieties, and there are no telling how many have been made. Highspots has sold them in the past, I don't know if they still do or not.
I think all of his official figures have been mentioned in this thread.

Good to know that I've gotten almost all of the official stuff. I appreciate you guys not bidding, lmao.
Looks like the next thing I'll be doing is tracking down a ring worn mask. -- Better start saving my money, I'm fully expecting to pay well into the hundreds.

Good deal. I landed Vampiro and Rayo De Jalisco a few years ago at a Peddler's Mall, never seen anymore of them in person.

That's a sweet ass figure you got there. Definetly a good deal. I wish I shopped on ebay, but I just don't like making deals with other people. There is a lot of cool figures on there. But great pick up, and you got quite a good Ultimo Dragon collection.

At one of the UWA shows he was selling a ring worn mask. I doubt it sold I think the tag on it was $500. |

Oh yeah, UWA still has it, from what they told me a while back anyway. After the holidays, I might try and get a hold of it. Depomart's site has a LOT of great masks I'd love to have, but I'd need someone in Japan, or at least fluent in Japanese to help me out - which I have been looking into. I'm afraid if I was there in person, as much as it kills me to even think of dropping that amount of money.... I probably would have bought it.  But, I can control myself, and save save save if they do in fact, still have it. It'd be a really cool thing to put on a mannequin head and display in a glass case. That's a sweet ass figure you got there. Definetly a good deal. I wish I shopped on ebay, but I just don't like making deals with other people. There is a lot of cool figures on there. But great pick up, and you got quite a good Ultimo Dragon collection. I've bought and sold on ebay, and really, out of what I'm sure were hundreds of transactions... I've had, probably two bad experiences. It really helps to check people's feedback, and if you get worried, stay on their ass about it. And thanks for the compliment! I've got two more of his figures coming from Japan, all I need now to complete that set is the elusive blue version!  Edit: - This morning I got my other two Japanese figures in the mail from a great ebay seller. I picked up the Green/Red Dragon for TWENTY FOUR DOLLARS, and the Silver/Purple version for $40. With shipping, it came in at $90 even. I didn't want to throw up ANOTHER Dragon post, so I thought I'd update it here, I did update my blog with a write up, and some BIG photos.
