For Christmas a few years ago my brother got me the insurrextion box set and it contained around 12 ttls
So i was thinking what released pack had the most figures in.

There have been several sets with 10-12 TTLs and at least one with BCAs from around 2000. I couldn't tell you the names of the sets.

The BCA 10-pack was called 'Perfect 10' and featured re-releases of Stone Cold, The Rock, Triple H, X-Pac, Mankind, Undertaker, Kane, Road Dogg, and Big Show, and the one exclusive repaint was Billy Gunn. It also came with a kids size WWF Attitude Era Heavyweight title belt. I don't own it, but here is a MOC pic I have saved from a previous eBay listing:  |

Wasn't there a king of the ring set back in 2001/2002 that came with a bunch of figs, belts, and the KOTR trophy?

these types of sets would be perfect for someone just getting into collecting. i wish i was that lucky.

There were 2 different versions of the Perfect 10 box too... Blue Box  Green Box  I don't think there were any significant differences between the 2 though. |

There also a TTL version Box set. This one had a Triple H with the Denim/Leather jacket as an exclusive.

That was the Signature Series TTL box set, but I think there were only 6-8 figures in that set.
The Perfect 10 BCA set didn't include Shawn Michaels because it came out in late 1999 and Shawn had long since retired. If he were included, which wouldn't have made sense, it would likely have been a re-release of the Superstars Series 8 Commissioner HBK suited figure or a random street gear Shawn, like in the Live Wire Series 2 set.

I had the Signature Series TTL BoxSet. It had 8 figures I believe. I also had the KOTR box set with the KOTR trophy which had Edge - KOR Winner written on it.
