This is perhaps the current day argument - do you give the manager time or get somebody new in?

Getting a new manager in is pointless, just unsettles the players, end of the season - yes, not Christmas.

After 15/16 games is ridiculous. They should give him more time.

First Prem job, let he see what he can do in January and if hes still no good, get rid then.
Full credit to Ince tho, starting down at the bottom and working his way up, not walkin in to a topspot and running away when it got too hard!

If you are refering to Keano, he took the Sunderland job where relegation from the championship was on the horizon, highly a topspot. On Ince, I would like to see him stay, 6 months is far too soon to pull the trigger on him

lol sorry disco pants
and mr singster, it was a lot more of a top spot than ince did, he got the job through a friend. Relegation is on the horizon now, its totally his squad, and he wouldnt of got sacked, but he isnt sticking around to sort out his own mess.

Would be harsh to sack Ince just because they've had a short bad run. They'll be fine in a few weeks.

Give him until the end of Feb. That gives him time to bring in players he wants, and for them to begin working together. If they're still in the bottom 3, then he should be sacked.

Well..... he's been sacked. Blackburn will go down now.
EDIT:
I think, this opens up for Alan Shearer to come into football management tbh.
